Marion’s CabinSingle room, fire pit, picnic table

A single room cabin with 5 beds. One is a double bed and 4 single beds. There is electricity, lighting, a fridge, small table with 4 chairs, two lounge chairs on the porch, a picnic table, a charcoal grill and fire pit in front of the cabin. There are no linens on the beds so pack accordingly! There is no water in the cabin, but there is a water hydrant outside the cabin, bathrooms and showers available. The property is on 50 acres and is set back off the road with a barn and animals.

There is easy access to the water from the sloping beach to take out the kayaks provided. Take in the beautiful sunsets while sitting in the backyard by the fire! The cottage is located just 20 minutes from the Village of Skaneateles and 30 min from Syracuse University and SUNY Cortland.

Stay a night at our tiny Hobbit House

We are close to Syracuse NY, Jamesville Beach,and Tully. You’ll love our place because - Well, its a Hobbit House :). Very cozy 12 by 12 cabin set in the back of my land right where the woods start. Small cabin good for a couple and maybe a child or two but no more than that. It has an outhouse. If this is sounding too basic or off the grid then please don't book! :) because that's exactly what is. But you also get to say you stayed in a cozy little hobbit house.

We are directly off the Cortland I-81 exit and are 30 minutes to Cornell, Ithaca and Syracuse. We are conveniently located near Greek Peak and other local ski areas.
