Craig was helpful and responsive. House was comfortable and we enjoyed out stay.

We loved our time at this cottage, particularly the private dock and quiet, peaceful setting. We will definitely look to rebook here anytime we need a quick getaway. We loved being disconnected with no tv. The dog loved swimming in the lake!

Suvrat was a terrific host & this place was a gem! Convenient location in PTC proper close to shopping centers, restaurants, a golf course & all the amazing trails. It’s on the north side near Lake Kedron - closer to the airport & avoids the busy city center intersection. The house was very spacious even for 9 guests & we enjoyed the super open floor plan. Plenty of seating & lovely decor throughout the house. Large screen TV was great for watching movies. All the rooms were clean & modern. The huge kitchen, master bedroom & bath were spectacular! The other beds weren’t as comfortable, but still very nice with plenty of space & privacy. The screen porch, fenced backyard & fire pit were a nice touch. Saw so many deer walk by! Of note - the fireplace is operable, but missing the glass front. The back end of the yard also has 3 large city storm water drains with openings. Not deal breakers, just things to be aware of if bringing small kids or pets…Terrific stay overall & highly recommend!

Nice and spacious place! We comfortably fit 3 couples here for a weekend trip. It's in a nice quiet neighborhood and a short drive to downtown Newnan GA, which has great places to eat and is nice to walk around.

This was our second visit. First visit was three years ago and we were happy with it then so we booked it again. Now, 3 years later we still couldn’t be more pleased. In between our visits Kathy has managed the property well. Everything still looks brand new and it is spotlessly clean. It is so well appointed that we wanted for nothing. We will be back!!

Wonderful home in a quiet cove. Loved the large fenced porch, the multiple water access points on the property and large dock were great for our kids to fish and play on. Will absolutely be back for our family visits!

Had a water leaking issue downstairs from the shower up stairs. But overall everything else was great. Even let us extend our check out time. Enjoyed time there!

This is a great place, updated, comfortable and relaxing! For anyone that is going to anything at the Atlanta Motor Speedway, this is THE place to stay! It’s a three minute drive to the speedway, so convenient. We loved it. Highly recommend!

Our family’s stay for the Thanksgiving holiday was wonderful. Angela made sure the home was pristine, elegant and extremely inviting upon our arrival. The host ensured the pool was heated for our enjoyment. Angela’s home was truly a home away from home. Thanks for an incredible holiday visit.

The description was accurate to what we encountered. I loved the personal touches, such as candles around the place. We had a family of 6, parents, in-laws, 2 teens. TVs in all rooms but only living room worked. The others were new and haven’t been set up yet. But that was alright since we loved congregating on the extremely comfortable, cushiony “new” sectional. Plenty of house supplies, but no coffee cups. We had all we needed to cook for 7 days. Close to stores and outlets. There must have been a smoker with last tenants because we could smell it in a bedroom, but it was gone with a couple of days. We needed the home in a hurry since prior BnB was not good at all. Had to immediately leave it. Found Ken’s place in search for a new one, sent an inquiry for same day, he rushed to get his place ready. Outstanding communication and customer service for arranging our stay within such a short notice!!!

This is a great property. It’s in a very scenic area with a large yard and the home is in excellent condition and beautifully decorated. We’ll definitely stay here again when we visit the area. Thanks so much for making our stay an excellent experience!

Beautiful home in a very quiet neighborhood. Home was clean and well maintained and easily accessed. Close to amenities including plenty of places to eat and shopping.

This is a great rental if you want peace, quiet, and privacy. we would rent this again. used the hot tub and back yard for sunbathing and got a great tan early spring. was amazing.

Rachel's place was just what me and my husband needed to disconnect from home and become closer to each other. We just laid around on the bed, played cards, listened to music, laughed and talked. We also took a nature walk behind the property. This was a much needed outing. Looking forward to do this again during the summer.

me and my husband had a wonderful time. we spent the first day freaking out how beautiful and peaceful the spot was. I'm so glad we stayed! I wish I could've stayed forever lol. truly amazing and fed my soul. thank you so much Rachel and Parker. already thinking about our next trip :)

Adrianne was a great host she was very responsive. I had no issues, the house was very neat and clean. I highly recommend. I would definitely book again.

Sandi's place is lovely. It matched the pictures and was very quiet at night. Comfortable bed.
