Great location and property, spacious and very clean with lots of key amenities. 10 min drive to Arches and right in the middle of downtown, waking distance to every restaurant and shop. It was perfect for our long weekend here.

My wife and I have stayed at numerous Airbnbs in several states over the past few years and this is the absolute best! Check in was very easy. We simply checked in at the hotel check in desk and received our keys. There were no codes or instructions. The condo was immaculate! Every aspect was clean and tidy. The appliances were all very new and of up-graded quality. The dishes, glasses, cups and flatware are all of the highest quality and there was more than enough. The bed was extremely comfortable and the linens were exceptional. The decor is contemporary and tasteful. And an added bonus was the air hockey table! If you are traveling to Moab to go to Arches and Canyonlands, the location is perfect. It’s only five minutes to Arches and forty minutes to Canyonlands. Joy is a great host! She was very responsive and always positive. I cannot say enough great things about our experience!

Great home, very spacious for two couples and children. Both grandsons loved the queen size bunks (top, of course)! Remodeled commercial space (?) is thoughtfully decorated with a bit of a modern/industrial vibe. Very comfortable and well located one block off Moab's Main Street, which makes it quiet with easily access to downtown. Recommended!

The apartment was very clean and in a great location. The location was great as we were away from the busyness of downtown but close enough when we wanted to get there. The views from the patio were fantastic. Thanks Richy for hosting our unforgettable trip.

Clean comfortable space that matched the listing, convenient to Arches and Canyonlands National Park. Comfortable bed! Hosts were quick and responsive to address minor issue during our stay.

The condo was absolutely beautiful! Well appointed & clean. Clearly someone put a lot of energy into making it feel like a place you really want to hang out. It was very accessible to both Arches & Canyonlands, easy access to town, and beautiful vistas from all the windows! All in all it was a LOVELY place to be for a few days. I gave it a “4” for location, as it is close to a very busy road. We are country people - sleep with the windows open, and found I woke up to the sound of traffic all night. I also gave it a “4” for price, as in our road trip to New Mexico, Utah & Colorado, this was, by far, the most expensive Airbnb. Honestly, I think Moab is just an expensive place to stay. Truly, though, this was an amazing stay in an amazing condo in an amazing area.

We had a wonderful stay, we came for the car show and stayed longer to do some four wheeling, the Airbnb is in an amazing location just off the main strip so it’s not too busy but is within walking distance of all the shops and restaurants. Stephanie is a great host , quick to respond and very helpful. Definitely would recommend staying here and would stay here again!

Perfect view from the hot tub and grill! The house was huge and spotless. Very short drive to all the downtown necessities. Shawn was helpful through the whole stay as well as responsive. No issues at all!

The proximity to Arches along with a super clean, thoughtfully decorated and stocked place made this place a winner for our family. Everything was just as described.

We loved our stay, everything we needed was provided. It was comfortable, clean and spacious. We felt right at home, we were sad to leave. Beautiful place. We would love to come back to this one for sure.

Austin was a great host and his home was just what we wanted for our stay in Moab. It is located just outside of town (maybe a 5 minute drive, not far and super convenient). Parking was easy everywhere Place looked just like the pictures and was free of clutter and CLEAN! Austin provided everything you could need. Well stocked kitchen utensils and cookware for cooking some meals in. There were plenty of pool towels and extra bath towels and linens. Extra pillows and blankets too. My kids loved the pool and hot tub access just a block away in the development. Playground and basketball were also a hit for the kids. Austin had basketball, tennis rackets and more there for our use. He was responsive and offered to give any recommendations we needed. He checked in with us to make sure our stay was just right. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful home that feels like a remote escape with dark skies and amazing mountain views, but still close enough to town that it's easy to drop into Moab for groceries and supplies. The beds were cozy, the kitchen is well-stocked and fabulous for cooking, and the whole pool setup is great. Our whole family, from age 5 to 70, loved the water slide! It was the perfect place to stay to visit Arches and Canyonlands.

Fantastic place! One of our favorites that we have ever stayed in. Super new and modern, with big windows to enjoy all the views. It was so clean and well taken care of — the cleaning crew had even added the little touches of having a new coffee filter in the coffee maker, and a detergent pod in the dishwasher. When they are doing little things like that, you know it’s a good place. The amenities were great. It was really live in ready with all the kitchen items you’d ever need, fully stocked with Keurig coffee/cocoa/tea, spices, etc. Best stocked kitchen at an AirBnB we’ve ever experienced. The location was also perfect. At the south end of town, so it is nice and quiet but still a 5min drive to anything you need. The view out the back into the mountains is awesome, and made for some great sunrises. Really great place that I would recommend to my closest friends and family. Only place that I would book here in the future.

This made our stay at Moab very relaxing at the end of a day. We liked that Alan made small "direction" cards for the remote controls for the TV or other various items you might have questions about. The decor was beautiful and not overdone. Sleeping was no problem as the area was very quiet at night. Parking for our two vehicles was nice as we were able to park them near the unit. The kitchen had all utensils you would need....even a corkscrew for a wine bottle! We would love to come back next year!

While staying at this Airbnb, we initially had issues getting connected to wifi. I made Tyler aware of this situation and he immediately responded letting us know Moab recently experienced an outage. The next day Tyler proactively messaged me and informed me that it should be working, which it was. Other than the noise from the neighbors (which is out of the control of the host/thin walls) we had no complaints. The Airbnb was spacious and had a beautiful view from the balcony. The master bed was also very comfortable! This Airbnb was within walking or driving distance of any amity you would need. Would recommend to future guests.

Great stay at a great house! Good location, flexible with our request for date change, all the amenities needed, including a very nice hot tub. We had a great time!

Perfect home base for a week of rafting, hiking, mountain biking, and climbing. Property was as described and was quite comfortable for a group of 5. Wi-fi a bit spotty on the second floor, but that's a minor quibble. Go out and enjoy Moab!

Deyette responded very quickly to some minor problems we had and came right away personally to fix one of them. The place is immaculate and comfortable. She was friendly and helpful and resolved our problems quickly. There is some road noise but overall a peaceful and private space to stay, a 10 minute drive to Moab and 20 minutes to Arches National Park. Highly recommend.

We loved our stay at Heidi's place! It was comfortable, spacious and clean and Heidi was responsive and a clear communicator. It was an easy drive or bike ride to downtown Moab and accessible to endless hikes and activities. Thanks, Heidi!
