Completely renovated house converted to look like a vintage gas station on exterior. First floor has open living area/kitchen, with functional antique wood walk in cooler, 1/2 bath, bar and garage door which opens to deck. Many reclaimed materials used in construction including brick, doors for bar, etc. Upstairs was modeled after boutique hotel with king bed, full bath and picture window overlooking stocked pond and vintage fire truck. Garage portion not included, but could be available.

The Titusville Mill

The Titusville Mill is a historic feed mill converted into a restaurant/event venue. Your space will be the beautiful second and third floors, often used for a bridal/groom suite for our seasonal weddings. This is a true gem in the community of Titusville. The OC&T, Drake's Well, The Iron Work Tapp-house, and the Ida Tarbell house are must-see local landmarks near us. Our full-service restaurant is open Tuesday - Thursday, 10 A- 8PMSaturday, 10 AM - 9PM and Sunday for brunch from 10AM-2PM.

Rustic Retreat

A newly renovated A Frame located in the rolling hills of the New York State countryside. Sleeps 4 adults comfortably with one queen futon on the first floor and one RV sized queen bed on the second floor. Includes a Hot tub, fire pit area looking out into the woods and a patio sectional on the porch. Air Conditioning is provided as well as internet, a smart tv, board games, and a small Nintendo 64 with preloaded games. A beautiful view of the woods and a large field, nature is sure to amaze.

The house includes a fully equipped kitchen, one bedroom with a king bed, and a pullout sofa in the living room. A fire pit, firewood, and six Adirondack chairs are available for use in a private area behind the house. There is a large backyard with trails through the woods and around the field for guests to explore.

The Allegheny A-Frame

An Aframe in the woods off the Allegheny, built for people who want to slow down. Spotless, romantic, and well stocked, this has become one of Pennsylvania's most loved getaways for anniversaries, honeymoons, or just a weekend with nothing on the calendar. Hike the Allegheny National Forest trails, paddle the river, hit the firepit at night, or just play cornhole and Yardzee in the yard. Cozy fireplace, hammock chairs on the loft balcony, AC for summer. Golf and horseback riding nearby too.

Black Bear Bungalow

This is a secluded cabin in the woods on 10 acres. Hunting is available on additional land as well. Close to the Allegheny River and lots of hiking on the Allegheny National Forest. Enjoy watching the wildlife out the front bay window as well as hiking and exploring the backyard woods. Outdoor fire pit is available with firewood provided. This is a cozy place to get away and relax. Wi-Fi now available through Starlink! Drinking water is provided due to the sulphur smell in the water.

We're a one-minute walk from a Tim Hortons and a laundromat. Many med students stay here as we're 2 minutes from Corry Manor and 5 minutes from LECOM Corry Hospital. We're also only 2.5 miles from Enchanted Beginnings Event Center, 5 miles from Dovetail at Lindsey Hollow, and 11 miles from Peek'n Peak Resort.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place located on the Allegheny River. Stay for hunting and fishing trips with friends. Bring your boat and launch it right in front of the cabin. Get your supplies at the local Trading Post (fire wood, groceries and more). Bring your ATV and enjoy the trails only a few miles away from the place. You have more guests? Welcome to the Downstream Dome! Our newly constructed geodesic dome allows you to wake up to a one of a kind view of the gorgeous Allegheny River, all while feeling nestled in with nature. The Dome includes one Queen bed, one bathroom, dining area, full kitchen, outdoor patio area with a hot tub, grill, and fire pit.
