Πολύ ευχάριστο, βολικό και πεντακάθαρο σπίτι , πολύ φιλικοί και εξυπηρετικοί ιδιοκτήτες. Ευχαριστούμε πολύ, σίγουρα θα ξανάρθουμε. Από τα Δίδυμα μπορεί κανείς να επιλέξει πολλές παραλίες για μπάνιο και η υπέροχη παραλία Σαλαντι είναι 10 λεπτά μακρια

Very nice apartment with everything required for a short stay on Spetses ! Perfect location in town and excellent communication with the host. Everything was clean, despite a light smell of fuel or gaz coming from a room with a heating machine that should be kept closed. Anyway, I would definitely recommend this accomodation for a group of 4 or 5 people !

Wat kan ik meer zeggen? We waren er vorig jaar, we wilden absoluut terug komen en zullen er zeker volgend jaar opnieuw boeken. Mocht het kunnen blijven we er! Bedankt aan Helena, je bent een fantastische (gast)vrouw, met een oprechte glimlach en een goed gevoel voor humor. Het is niet zomaar een slogan dat je er 24/7 bent voor de gasten, je doet het gewoon! Bedankt voor alles en tot volgend jaar.

We had a wonderful stay in Spetses! The location was perfect—right in the center, yet amazingly peaceful when we were at home. Venia was an excellent host, super friendly and with great communication. The house was beautifully and thoughtfully decorated. Highly recommended!

Wir waren 5 Nächte in dem Haus von Iasonas und wir hatten als 4 köpfige Familie viel Platz. Es ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht, wenn es auch schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen ist. Iasonas war für uns immer schnell ansprechbar und hat uns auch mit der Taxibestellung am Abreisetag geholfen.

So grateful for all the help Giannis gave us as my daughter was rushed to hospital and all our plans were upended… But all is well now and we are recuperating in Alice House, mostly on the lovely terrace with a panorama of Portoheli harbour and surrounding mountains. It’s so beautiful watching the boats and the sunsets. The apartment itself is cute and comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped and we can cook simple meals. The location is away from the busy town which we wanted and is peaceful. There is a supermarket 10 mins walk away and a great bakery next to it. Highly recommend Alice House as a home from home!

Δεν έχουμε λόγια να ευχαριστήσουμε τους υπέροχους Λευτερη και Dali για την υπέροχη υποδοχή και φιλοξενία στον χώρο τους! Ο κύριος Λευτέρης γλυκυτατος μας καθοδήγησε άριστα από τηλέφωνο και βρήκαμε το κατάλυμα παρά πολύ εύκολα! Υποδέχτηκε την τετραμελή μας οικογένεια ( με δυο σκυλάκια) με τον υπέροχο Dali και μας έκανε να νιώσουμε σα στο σπίτι μας! Το κτήμα είναι ο τι πρέπει για να χαλαρωσει κανείς στην φύση και το δωμάτιο όμορφο οπως στις φωτογραφιες και παρά πολύ καθαρό! Πόρτο Χέλι, Κοστα όλα πολύ κοντά! Σίγουρα θα ξαναπροτιμουσαμε το κατάλυμα όπως και τις πατάτες τηγανητές που μας φίλεψε ο κύριος Λευτέρης! Ένα διαμάντι και γνήσιο παράδειγμα ελληνικής φιλοξενίας! Wir waren einen ganzen Monat in der wunderschönen Unterkunft Harmonia in Loukaiti und haben gemeinsam mit unserer Familie eine ganz wundervolle Zeit verbringen können. Das Haus ist so liebevoll eingerichtet, man hat direkt Urlaubsfeeling und fühlt sich direkt Zuhause. Eine Nachbarin hat uns begrüßt und alles gezeigt, die gesamte Nachbarschaft ist einzigartig. So unfassbar liebevolle Menschen die sich ständig auch um unsere Kinder mit gekümmert haben und uns Sonntags sogar mit Pfannkuchen/Kuchen oder Eiern und Ziegenmilch versorgt haben. Ein richtiges Bergdorf Leben wie man es sich aus romantischen Filmen vorstellt. Im Ort selbst ist nichts außer Natur, Frieden , Ruhe, eine Taverna und es kommen auch täglich Autos mit Lebensmitteln. Aber ein Auto ist von Vorteil, alles was man benötigt und traumhafte Strände/Inseln sind in naher Umgebung. Unser Host war immer erreichbar. In allem war es wunderschön und wir kommen gerne wieder.

We had a wonderful stay in Karolos house. Everything was perfect, the house is quiet with a wonderful view on the sea and access to a private dock from which you can enjoy the sea and swim. The house is very well equipped, super clean, and the communication with Karolos was perfect. Looking forward to come back !

Une très jolie maison mitoyenne proche du centre-ville (10 minutes à pied par les petites rues). Ambiance vacances, avec une cuisine bien équipée, une jolie déco, de nombreux espaces pour avoir un coin chacun. La maison est très grande et très agréable. Accueil top avec gateau et bouteille de vin + infos sur l'île. Nous avons pu faire le check-out à 18h !

Hallo Anestis und Familie, wir bedanken uns, dass wir in Eurem großartigen Haus 2 Wochen verbringen durften. Es ist tatsächlich so, wie die Vorredner schon geschrieben haben - die Fotos können nicht annähernd beschreiben wir schon es in echt ist. Ein riesiges Grundstück, auf dem man schländern und immer etwas neues entdecken kann. Ein einmaliger Barbeque-Platz der urgemütlich ist und bei dem an alles gedacht wurde. Im Haus fühlt man sich wie zuhause. Ihr habt so kleinen Dinge dort, die eine Verbindung zu Euch und Eurem Leben schaffen. Aber das großatigste ist tatsächlich der Blick! Ein Traum und defintiv mit keinem Foto der Welt festzuhalten. Man muss sich bewahren solche Schönheit zu sehen und zu erkennen. Wir haben diese in unserem Herzen mitgenommen und bedanken uns für alles. Kati, Steffen und Jürgen :)

Our second stay at the Olive Grove house was as fantastic as the first one. Dionysia is a wonderful host with a great local team. The garden has grown since last year and is a dream, and we will miss the beautiful view on Porto Heli Bay. The house has all the modern comfort a family might need for the perfect holiday and is in great order throughout: beautifully decorated and extremely welcoming. Thank you for having had us again this summer, Dionysia! We had a brilliant time.

We will be back for sure

Nous avons passé de merveilleuses vacances à ermioni. La maison est très agréable et fonctionnelle. Elle est située au calme et a une vue magnifique sur les montagnes. Les plages situées à proximité sont des plages de cailloux. Il suffit d’aller un peu plus loin en voiture pour profiter les plages de sable et d’eaux cristallines de lepitsa et vrohitsa qui sont parfaites pour les enfants.

This is a fantastic Villa in a great location. If anything, I think it is undersold in the pictures and profile. The view over Porto Heli is beautiful. The pool is amazing and maintained almost daily. Communication was always good- having Isabelle locally was beyond useful. We have stayed in the area a lot but this is by far our favourite villa! We will be back! Thank you so much!

L'appartamento è molto bello, comodo e dotato di tutto il necessario. Anche il balcone è molto spazioso e bello. La posizione è ottima, si può arrivare a piedi nel centro della città

I had a great experience staying at Takis and Dionysia's place. Check in was easy and uncomplicated, Takis met me when I arrived and helped get me oriented, very friendly. If you have a car, there's always parking along the wall at the graveyard on the adjacent street. There's a Lidl right down the road too, only a two minute walk which was very nice. if you don't mind walking, you can get into town in 20 minutes or so on foot (you can also drive into town quickly but parking could be tricky). There are quite a few nice restaurants nearby too, so no need to talk into town to eat. I would definitely recommend and I would stay again.

Excellent séjour de 3 nuits . Logement grand, confortable, très bien équipé, avec aussi machine à laver , une grande terrasse. Vasilis est un super hôte, très réactif, qui nous a permis d arriver plus tôt pour visiter Epidaure l après midi, qui nous a donné d excellents conseils pour nos visites, il est très amical et serviable. Excellente base pour visiter Nauplie, Epidaure et Mycenes, et parking privé très pratique.Nous recommandons vivement.

We loved our stay in this apartment. The room is very comfortable. There is everything you need, we even ate in a few times. It’s quiet, the hosts are very responsive, helpful and accommodating. The bathroom is very clean and has nice amenities. The porch is the best part! The view is absolutely beautiful and it’s private. We would absolutely stay here again!

Deze locatie is fantastisch. Heel erg goed beloopbaar vanaf de ferry. Een enkele trap met leuning omhoog. En vanaf het balkon is er altijd wat te zien in de haven. Eleni was zeer behulpzaam & uiterst vriendelijk.

Location is perfect for families. A quick 5 minute walk brings you to the main square with lots of shops and restaurants or to the port for a beautiful walk along the ocean. Even though it’s so close to all the things, it feels a bit quieter and less crowded. The apartment t itself is just as pictured and was everything we needed and more. The large beautiful floor to ceiling windows were my favorite part- bringing sunshine and a bit of cool wind into the apartment was lovely. It was peaceful to sit on balcony at night and look up and see the lit up fortress!

modern eingerichtete Etagenwohnung, am Stadtrand von Nafplio der Balkon zur Strasse hin und die Aussenterrasse mit Sonnenschirm haben wir nicht genutzt, da es im Juli zu heiss dafür ist (nur einmal abends probiert), das Zimmer mit den Einzelbetten ist eher für Kinder gedacht (Bettgestell), Parken kein Problem, sehr gute elektrische Infrastruktur, Küche gut ausgestattet, haben uns als Familie wohlgefühlt, Ausflüge nach Epidaurus und Mykene dauern mit Auto ca. 30 min, grosser Sandstrand 15 min, gute Basis in Nafplio schnelle Kommunikation mit Vermieter, ins Stadtzentrum läuft man sicher 15 min, nur mit Auto empfehlenswert
