Mary's Place is a newly updated non-smoking, no pets property with its own entrance. Suite is attached to home, inside there are several locked doors to main house that gives you complete secure privacy. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need. Spokane is 45 min. away for winter and summer recreation. The Wandermere theater is close along with coffee shops and many restaurants. The space is a whole basement suite with a private entrance and parking. From now until Fall there is a great farmer's market within walking distance every Tuesday from 3:00 to 7:00.
