Please note: it's located above our garage with 18 stairs to get in. The nearest public beach is 5 minutes away.

The guest house is a cozy, modern place perfect for a couple's stay in Spokane. In 2016, we gutted and rebuilt the 550 sq. ft. guest house and insulated it so it is very quiet inside. Kitchen is fully equipped. Large kitchen and eating area. There is access to a small backyard. There are 2 queen beds, a full bed, and 2 twins. There is a second bathroom on the main floor.
