Our home is in a lovely, quiet residential neighborhood in Spotsylvania, VA and an hour and a half from Washington, DC, Charlottesville VA, Richmond, VA and Williamsburg, VA.

Welcome to our newly renovated basement apartment that has a private double-door entrance with amenities for self check-in 24/7. There is a beautiful kitchen fully-equipped with a refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, and coffee maker. The basement apartment has two bedrooms, one bathroom, full kitchen, living room, dining room, and laundry room. The master bedroom has a king bed while the second bedroom has a queen bed. (The owners live on the top two floors).
