A great house for groups! Plenty of space and bathrooms for our group of 10 to spread out. Beautiful lake location and easy access to nearby grocery store. Would recommend for anyone looking to stay in this area!

We had a great time and it was a perfect quick getaway for our family and our childrens' Spring Break! There were lots of amenities to enjoy - the lake, the hot tub, the playroom, the fire pit, the sandbox, the playground, fishing, and kayaking & canoeing. My brother-in-law caught 13 fish (so be sure to bring your fishing poles and take advantage of the back deck)! The home was clean and had everything we needed to be able to enjoy. The way the space was furnished and laid out was perfect to relax. Also, waking up to the view of the calm lake was serene. My husband and I also really loved our walks around the neighborhood as it felt like we were vacationing in the middle of a beautiful state park surrounded by nature, the trees, the lake, and the other lake homes. We also enjoyed the winery and local breweries as well ~ Was not a far drive at all. We definitely recommend it! Thank you for creating a space that allowed us to create memories & as if we were on our own private island!

We had an amazing stay at Daniel’s place with 14 family members over Easter weekend. The home was exceeded our expectations . Clean, spacious, and fully equipped with everything we needed, from kitchen essentials to extra blankets. The panoramic view from the living room and deck was absolutely breathtaking. Check-in was smooth, and Daniel was very responsive and helpful throughout. We truly felt at home and made some unforgettable family memories. Highly recommend, and we definitely love to stay at this place again!

Clean spaces, well equipped kitchen, perfect view, plenty of activities/entertainment for everyone, hot tub was a bonus, boat house with open upper deck was lovely. The house was lovely for a family with four kids 7 and under. The lake, hot tub, and water toys made for a lot of fun. We did have an issue with construction being done on the dock without our knowledge for two of the days, but the owners mostly remedied the issue.

It was very luxurious and satisfying staying at this place. Daniel and Rebecca both did everything to make our stay enjoyable, comfortable and memorable. I'd love to visit again.

I stayed at this incredible house with my friend, and it was truly an amazing experience. The house was spotless, with everything perfectly organized and easy to find. Having rented at least 10 houses in the Mineral area, I can confidently say this one was the best by far. The cinema and jacuzzi were fantastic additions that everyone enjoyed. Not only did the kids have a blast, but the adults also had an amazing time. The deck with kayaks and stand-up paddleboards was exactly as described, and everyone had an amazing time using them. This house exceeded all our expectations and provided a memorable stay. Highly recommended!

We absolutely loved the home and all the communication was positive. My only disappointment was the hidden cleaning fee. We thought we were getting a great deal out of season with the $303 per night rate. We ended up paying $1300 total for two nights which was not reasonable for two adults and three children. I hope for future stays the host is able to adjust this so no one else is as surprised as we were. (Less than five people should receive a different deal.) Overall, the home was beautiful, there was SO much to do, and my kids had a blast! We would love to come back!

5 stars!!!! Just BOOK!! My friends & I had an amazing camp theme stay at this Airbnb! The place was exactly as described very beautiful, clean, spacious, and super cozy. There were more than enough beds for everyone, and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, the view of the lake ?!! BREATHTAKING!! Our hosts were fantastic !! very responsive and incredibly thoughtful throughout our stay. Check-in was smooth, and all instructions were clear and easy to follow. I’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!!

WOW!!!!! Knocked our socks off with the bountiful supplies in the house. Plenty of everything that we needed or even expected with our stay. The house, the deck, the patio tables, the beach, all out door areas made it soooooo relaxing!! We did not have little kids, but couldn’t get over how much Daniel makes space for families!!! We loved the arcade game upstairs - fun touch! We were in love the moment we drive down the driveway!!! ❤️💯❤️💯❤️💯

This was probably the best place I've ever rented in this platform! Very organized place with lots of amenities and a beautiful view to the lake! Megan and Dan have done a nice job managing the place and were very responsive to our messages and did everything they could to make our stay as pleasant as possible!

We had the most wonderful stay at Fairwinds and Fairways! This place has everything you could ever need - from kitchen items and serving dishes, to bar dishes (shakers, glasses, etc), and even a “junk” drawer with sharpies, tape, and rubber bands! I cannot recommend this place enough. We made use of every feature. We didn’t leave once! The movie theater, the kayaks, hot tub, fire pit, paddle boards — I mean seriously, I couldn’t have asked for a better place to have my bachelorette trip. We even had a yoga instructor come by and did a session on the dock. Daniel was very responsive and accommodating with check in and check out.
