We like to give our guest full privacy during their stay. The basement has its own entrance in the back of the home. We do have steps going from the front of the house to the back entrance. We’re pet friendly! There's a $100 per pet fee. Fee is due upon arrival. Large fenced yard for our furry guest to run and enjoy the open space. As well as a deck with seating area facing the yard. Please make sure to clean up after your pet after every bathroom break. Pets permitted only in the back yard

An adjacent laundry room is available for your use upon request (FOC). The small deck, patio and fully fenced yard are included for your exclusive use. Parking is available on the street right out front of our home.

Our area is rich in Civil War history with lots of great places to dine, shop, or catch a Fredericksburg National game at the ballpark. Close to I95 for a trip to Washington, DC (60 mi) or south to Richmond. The Inn at Dewberry.
