A 4-day quiet and romantic anniversary trip was made even better by this beautiful cabin nestled in the trees in a quiet peaceful neighborhood abutting Lake Anna. The home was immaculate, and we loved the rain shower-heads and the screened-in porches front and back. And, you won’t find 2 more friendly and responsive hosts than Jeremie and Joelle. We had trouble locating a common area nearby the house, and we locked ourselves out on the last day while packing the car. They were jolly-on-the-spot quick with help. I don’t know that I’ve ever come across nicer hosts. Very clear communications from the start. There’s a hot tub on the back porch (we didn’t use it this time) and a jetted bath tub. Spacious bedrooms, comfortable beds and the most quiet nights. An awesome experience all around!

The house was great! It had everything we needed to enjoy the long weekend. I would suggest packing water shoes for the little ones. We did not and left with a couple cuts but nothing serious.

This home was better than advertised--so many small nice touches. Great design. Kitchen had everything and was well stocked with eggs, cereal, soup, rice, cheese and snacks plus a bottle of wine. We were at Lake of the Woods to scope out a potential purchase of a home on the water. Unfortunately, most were too big. If only Brent and Carla's home was on the water, we would have happily purchased it in a heartbeat. We will keep on looking. If we had a lot, we'd hire Brent and Carla to design and build a home.

Beautiful house!! We really enjoyed our time here. We were a group of 4 ladies celebrating a birthday, and it worked well! It would be even more ideal for a family with kids, given the fun bunk room. We loved sitting on the deck, using the kayaks, soaking in the hot tub, and visiting local restaurants. Shenandoah National Park is also only about an hour away.

Beautiful location on a farm in a location in Virginia horse country. Small house on its own lot with views of the farm. Close to several great vineyards and not far from Charlottesville. We had a peaceful several days retreat here, and would be happy to return on another occassion. Julie was great at providing directions and reaching out to see if we needed anything

I had a great stay at this location and wish that I had been able to stay longer. The property is exactly as described and is spacious and comfortable. The location is ideal—it was great to be able to walk to coffee shops, restaurants, etc. within minutes. Dario was helpful and proactive from booking to check-out.

For where this property is located - you can’t do better. In fact it was probably one of the best Airbnb’s I’ve stayed at all around the country. Clean, large, and beautifully peaceful with a lot of little extras. Highly recommend. You won’t be disappointed.

Josh has a wonderful place and we would love to return! Its well laid out and our family was comfortable with lots of space! We really liked the flow from the living space to the hot tub.

The place was private and extremely beautiful. I loved every bit about being out there at the Ecapes and would recommend it to anybody that is looking for a relaxing get away from any hustle and bustle.
