Our son's birthday weekend was everything we hoped it would be...comfortable beds, lots of room, loved the balcony, beautiful views, well stocked kitchen. Very lovely...will definitely choose this place again!

This condo is centrally located making getting to downtown, Landa Park, the water park, and just about all N.B. offers very easy. You could walk to Wurstfest from this location. It is right on the Comal river so you can jump in the river anytime. The unit was very comfortable. You will hear the trains when they move through town since the tracks are right next to the complex so take note if you are a light sleeper.

Great location and charming site. This looks like an ideal spot to book a wedding or family reunion.

Brandy was by far the most accommodating host we have had on Airbnb. We were welcomed with a basket of candies and Dunkin coffee. not anything extravagant, but a very nice gesture that set the mood of our visit in a positive way. anything you need is there from seasonings, appliances, dishes, pans, utensils, extra towels, tubes for the river. everything you'd and many you won't need, but someone staying in the future will. Any communication with Brandy was given an immediate response. We love The Water Wheel resort, but Brandy's hospitality brought this trip to a new level. Thanks Brandy

Great place, great location! Everything was just as described. Loved being able to walk to everything in downtown NB, loved all the deer, loved that we could float the river with Texas Tubes right next door. Great stay!

Sabrina was so very accommodating! She allowed us both an early check-in and a late check-out. We barely used our rental car because we were able to walk to lots of coffee places and restaurants from the condo. Her place is very convenient to river tubing as the exit off of the river is literally across the street. The beds were comfy and everything was clean. We loved our stay!

We enjoyed our stay here in April. Convenient dedicated parking spot right outside the condo, with two flights of stairs to walk up, or a 20-second walk to the elevator. The condo had everything we needed, and Aimee was incredibly responsive and friendly. The community has two swimming pools, each with two hot tubs, for a total of four hot tubs. One of the pools with two hot tubs is located just a two minute walk from the condo, but that pool is not heated, and it is also located underneath several balconies of other condos, so it is not private, but would be a convenient option for kids. The other pool with two hot tubs is a 4 1/2 minute walk from the condo, and not only is the pool heated, but the hot tubs are even nicer, and are set back from everyone’s balconies so that it is a much more beautiful and private setting. Even though we did not use this heated pool much given that the outside air temperatures were in the 40s and 50s, we still enjoyed it! Would happily recommend!

Our stay was great with the whole family. Kevin was responsive and helpful.

Their cleaner was still there when we arrived at 4:00 (their check in time). She left at 4:14. I informed Emily of the situation and she explained that her cleaner said that the place was in complete disarray from the previous tenants. She apologized and gave us a partial refund on our cleaning fee. I found this to be an acceptable solution to the issue being as it wasn't their fault.

Great place for a getaway.

The home was very nice--and the amenities it offered were great (the waterfront location was awesome). The house itself was very clean and ready for guests. The host was responsive to messages and left very clear instructions for us.

Our stay was wonderful. We've been going to New Braunfels for years and this has been a favorite stay. Check in was easy, the house is in a great spot, has easy river access, and we loved that there was plenty of space for the entire family to spread out and be comfortable. Our one year old grandson had plenty of room to play in a safe place. The sunroom or the screened in porch is a perfect spot for coffee in the morning and having the chairs and BBQ pit were perfect for the evening. We floated twice from Little Ponderosa and got out right at the house which was great especially since some chose to just hang out in the river by the house. We will definitely look into staying here again. Thank you for being great hosts!

Great location on the Guadalupe for my family. We brought our paddle boards and enjoyed the river everyday. The beds were comfortable and the house was clean. Easy drive to nearby activities, restaurants and shopping.

his Airbnb was a wonderful escape! Surrounded by lush greenery and rolling hills, the property felt like a slice of paradise. My family and co-workers were amazed by the local deer wandering nearby. The house itself was cozy and inviting, with a spacious living area perfect for relaxing. Large windows showcased the stunning views, and the open layout felt airy and bright. The hot tub was a highlight since the lake was so low. The owner was incredibly responsive, quickly addressing our concerns when we informed them the microwave wasn’t working. Comfortable beds and a well-equipped kitchen added to the charm. This retreat, with its beautiful surroundings, relaxing amenities, and attentive host, was perfect for unwinding.

This is hands down the cleanest Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. White socks were still white after walking throughout the house. Smelled great, well provisioned, will return next time I float the Guadalupe. Also the private river exit could not be more convenient.

Great clean spot right by the river and all the amenities of Gruene. It is a bit weird because it’s 2 completely separate apartments which I thought were connected. You get 101 and 102 and they are Nextdoor but not connected

We really loved our unit, 212B. It had a direct view of the water and pool, easy to access and a walkable location to city center.

We had an absolute amazing time at this condo. Close walking distance to the downtown shops and restraunts in Gruene. Great vibe! The condo was very clean and had all we needed to use for the 3 days. A short walk to the river to see it. We would book here again!
