The room has everything you need for a comfortable trip to Eugene/Springfield including a queen bed, full bathroom with soap, shampoo and shower gel, mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker, hot water pot, and more. The garage guest house sits on 3 wooded acres w/ south views to Creswell and winter views of the Three Sisters to the east. Built in 2020, the studio features a large walk-in shower, full kitchen, and laundry amenities. Sleeps 6 (King, double sleeper sofa, and two twins) Parking for multiple cars if needed. "THE SHED", a private, attached STUDIO with barn-like accents. There's a Kureg coffee machine, MINIMAL kitchenette equipped with dishes, sink, microwave and small fridge (NO cooktop or stove), LARGE KING BED with individual cotton duvet covers lofted over a cool, memory foam mattress. Great high speed WIFI, a 42-inch flat screen TV with LOCAL channels ONLY or you may access your Apple TV account. The back deck overlooks our beautifully landscaped backyard and quaint chicken coup.

Our beautifully fully-renovated 1905 home is located in the historic Washburne District near downtown restaurants, shops and U of O. It is a gorgeous two-story home with 3 beds, 2 baths, and an office/work-space with a sunny front porch and a large, shaded back yard. It is ideal for a small group of up to 6 people- tweens and older. We provide high-speed internet (400Mbps) and a large screen tv with Netflix near a cozy pot-belly stove.

Come stay at River Bend Studio, a charming, private guesthouse in N. Springfield.
