Everything you need for supplies, dining, shopping and entertainment is within one to two miles of the house.

Perfect and comfortable for a couple and can accommodate a child or 3rd wheel on a chair that converts to a bed (not super comfy but will do) Smart TV.

Please note the step up to the bathroom and ONE low bed. Some guests have trouble with these! The futon folds down into a twin size bed. If you have one kid (or two small ones) they may be comfy sleeping here. Let me know and I’ll make it up for you before you arrive.
