Often times when you book a place, the host is just friendly at first because they want your money but then when you’re locked in they don’t care. This trip wasn’t like that at all. From the very jump they were so friendly and open about everything and they took the time out and made every instruction clear as possible so there wouldn’t need to be any questions but if there was any they would respond in a very timely manner. Before the trip they sent a list of restaurants and not only activities to do but also activities that were happening while we were staying down there so they did the research for our individual stay. When we walked in the house it was beautiful and squeaky clean and just felt homey. With this place being such a beautiful home and with the host being as best as can be it’s definitely safe to say that next time we visit New Orleans we will certainly book through them again!

The place was presented just as described. Our hosts were extremely accommodating through the entire process. They were both responsive and very polite. The house was a peaceful oasis away, about 15 min from the hustle and bustle of the French Quarter. My son cried when it was time to leave. This was the perfect space, the back yard and front porch were absolutely peaceful every morning and night. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. The on-site parking was a huge plus, because we paid for parking everyday in the French Quarter. I would absolutely recommend this place if you’re a small family who wants to enjoy NOLA in a peaceful manner.

We had a great stay! The location was perfect for fishing—peaceful, scenic, and right near the water. The house was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. The host was responsive and made check-in easy. Would definitely come back for another relaxing getaway!

It was a beautiful property and home! Every detail was thoughtful from pool towels outside, sun screen, charged speaker, everything you could need in the kitchen, pool toys and floats, little outdoor fire table, comfy beds. It was super clean and smelled great! The most beautiful and unique backyard I could have imagined! My kids loved the super deep pool and hot tub and so many fun lights at nighttime! Easy drive to downtown New Orleans, nice and generally quiet neighborhood, close to stores and restaurants for anything you need! My only surprise was that the hosts live on the property, which wasn’t an issue as they were very friendly, I was just unaware! It was our first time in NOLA and staying here worked perfectly for our family of 6!

The stay here was great loved the design and over all flow of the home. While the couch set kind of low for my personal liking the coziness and the at home ambiance made me very comfortable. Enjoyed my stay and will surely rebook the next time I'm in town. Thank you for allowing us to celebrate our anniversary with your home.

Dawn was the absolute best! I used this property for my mom's 70th birthday sleepover and brunch. Flexible check-in and out and very accomidating to last minute changed. The shower was AMAZING with 6 wall jets! They provide Ralph Lauren towels, which is what I use at home - all my towels at home are Ralph Lauren. Great quality. The house is beautiful and very comfortable. All of my guest absolutely loved both sides of the house, noone wanted to leave. I'd recommend Dawn's place to anyone.

Mike was very responsive and went out of his way to make sure everything was perfect for us. The place is fantastic with open floor plan and very clean.

Kenny est un l'hôte parfait, qui sait recevoir et vous met à l'aise. il nous a attendu jusqu'à 1h30 du matin quand nous sommes arrivés. La chambre est spacieuse et le lit très douillet. Propreté impeccable dans toute la maison, très joli intérieur. Emplacement pour la voiture juste devant sa maison. Nous avons pris le bus pour aller dans le centre de New Orleans, très pratique et épargne le coût du parking. L'arrêt de bus est à 10 minutes à pied, très facile à trouver avec ses indications. Le trajet coûte 1,25 dollar. Séjour très agréable chez Kenny. Merci !

It was just as described and matched the pictures. All the amenities matched. If you like to cook she has seasonings just for that. Also a few refreshers that was very welcoming. The location was perfect. Not far from Popeye's and El Patron restaurants. Walmart Supercenter with the gas station was 3 mins away. Your only 14 mins from Canal and Bourbon street. The neighborhood felt safe and was very kid and family friendly. We loved it and would definitely stay here again on our next trip to New Orleans.

My Girls Trip was truly complete with this place to call home for the week and the scenery was incredible! Literally the most peaceful part of Louisiana on down to the residents. Would definitely Recommend! Felt completely safe and right at home. The space looks exactly how it did in the pictures honestly way better! Cherish was a great host very informative and a call/text away!

Quiet neighborhood close to a variety of handy stores. Close to Nunez Community College for training course I was taking. Good, clean accommodations.

Very sweet hostess! She was knowledgeable about the area and local shops. Everything was clean and easy to find. The bed was VERY soft and comfortable, and the couch was loaded with comfy throw pillows. The location was perfect as it was a quick Uber ride to the center of the quarter but far enough out of the action to be peaceful.

The place was exactly what we needed. Close to fishing, quiet and clean. Ron had great communication and was quick to respond.
