Absolutely perfect! Relaxing. Quiet. The property was beautifully landscaped! Just steps to the beach! House was clean and quite spacious. Devi was responsive and available to answer all questions. Highly recommended. We plan to come back!

Jodi is a terrific host. This is the second time we have stayed at one of their townhomes at Barrier Dunes. They do everything top notch. The place is well stocked with everything we needed. The grill is high quality. The beds are very comfortable. It is just a great stay all around.

Peace Out On The Cape was phenomenal!!! The location is perfect: Steps to the beach and 2 minutes to the state park. Only 5 minutes to the best donuts I’ve ever had! The house itself was very comfortable. The extra beach gear (chairs, umbrellas, wagon) is a great touch! We also enjoyed grilling out a few nights. Having laundry was very convenient. The beds and furniture were very comfy. The host is also very nice and responsive. Upon checking in, there was a small issue with the lock to the beach equipment closet, but the host responded to my message and fixed the issue before it impacted our stay. I am already dreaming of another trip here next summer!

The condom etc all our expectations. Not only is this located right on the bay that we could enjoy from the comfortable interior, well stocked kitchen and the primary bedroom there is plenty of room to enjoy solitary time. We appreciated two covered parking spaces and the elevator plus a wagon in the unit to transport belongings. We didn't want for anything when we prepared dinners several nights, fully stocked kitchen including spices and coffee center. You will find maps of the area, sightseeing pamphlets and and binder with clear instructions, menus etc. Excellent Air bnb hosts. Thank you.

I enjoyed the Justin's place. It was clean, near, inviting and warm. I felt very safe, and comfortable. The bed was extremely comfortable and I slept through the night from the first evening. It was so relaxing and calming. I would live to stay there again! Many thanks, Justin for the invaluable tips for dining and touring!! You're amazing!!

This is the most beautifully decorated beach home I’ve ever stayed at. I’m an interior designer and most beach places are so cheesy and tacky but this place was gorgeous and very thoughtfully done and that elevates the whole space. Great air conditioning and perfectly stocked. Beds were insanely comfortable too. So much amazing beach gear provided too that made life more enjoyable and easy! There was one large cockroach we found but that is more a function of being next to the pond and at such a low elevation and very understandable and not in way related to the cleanliness overall which was perfect.

Albert is an awesome host and his “Home By the Sea” on Cape San Blas was divine! His place is very clean and well taken care of and it has everything you need for cooking in the kitchen or hanging out on the beach, just bring your beach towels! He led us to all the spots on and off the Cape with restaurant recommendations, PLUS! We snorkeled with AquaBear Adventures and rode horses on the beach with Rockin’ M Ranch. The water was still cold in early April, but we made the best of it and the close proximity to the beach made it easy to come and go. We also enjoyed the upper deck and view off the ocean side bedroom, as well as the screened porch and the lower deck near the grill. The small community of Barefoot Trace was quiet and peaceful and being able to hear the ocean through the windows and screened doors at night was a bonus! The place was absolutely beautiful and everything worked great. The outside area was truly amazing and very comfortable. The inside was amazing with a great living room, spacious kitchen, and two bedrooms with balconies on either side. The neighbors were very nice and welcoming and the beach is so close! There is a great downtown area down in Port St. Joe (although it's around a 20 minute drive). It was amazing!

We enjoyed our stay highly recommend.

This is a cute place in closer to proximity to everything than it may appear. Once you figure out how to get around PCB you appreciate your location a little more. I chose this listing based on proximity to the convention center I needed to be at and price. I think I got what I was looking for.

We had a great stay and I recommend Heather’s place and would come back again! I want to make a special shout out to how comfortable the beds Heather has. Out of all the places I’ve ever stayed (airbnbs, hotels, Vrbo, family homes etc) these were easily the best beds I’ve slept on other than our own at home! My family only used 2 of the rooms but we talked about how comfortable it was to sleep at dinner our last night. The community pool was well kept (was being cleaned at 6:30am when we walked our dogs) and access to the beach was easy.

Went to Mexico beach on a whim and booked for the same day we were driving down. Ashley responded within an hour to confirm the reservation and everything was perfect. Great location down from the beach. Can’t recommend this place enough!

Andres place was exactly how it was described. Very good location and not far from the beach. The place was nice and clean. The only negative is, is that the beach access is down the road instead of right across the street (that access is gated and for HOA members only) so if you’re bringing a lot of beach accessories it’s hard to get them down there on foot and there is barely any parking by the beach access because of construction.

This was the perfect little place for our family :) we had a very relaxing visit with zero hassle!

The house was cozy & was exactly as they advertised it to be in the pictures. It was clean & the back yard was perfect for my dog. I loved how they supply cleaning supplies, extra necessities as well. Good place to stay & I would stay again.

The location was excellent, a few minute walk thru the community to the beach. The townhouse overlooked a pond, enjoyed watching the numerous turtles and birds from the decks while relaxing or barbecuing on the gas grill. Everything needed for a beach day was provided, we used the umbrella, chairs, and a beach wagon to easily get it to the beach. The unit was nicely decorated, the kitchen was well equipped to make cooking easy. The king sized bed was very comfortable. We had a great vacation relaxing on the beach, fishing, exploring the state park, riding on the bicycle trail., and eating oysters at the numerous oyster bars in the Port Saint Joe area

Ashley was very responsive and the condo was clean and pictures were very clear of what we experienced. We had a great stay.

Jeanne’s place is indeed a rare find, with an unbelievable back view that we enjoyed from the privacy of the living room and two different decks. The townhouse interior is serene, with a beautifully minimal beachy vibe. I especially appreciate it when a kitchen is furnished with stuff for people who actually cook—hard to tell from a listing—and Jeanne’s place is. And she was responsive and professional, with a just-right approach. We’re grateful for the chance to stay there, and we’ll definitely be back. Oh, and we’ll head two blocks over to Gene’s Oyster Bar first thing too, the perfect start to a delicious week in PC!

My family stayed at Darla’s place for our first time in PCB. The condo was exactly as Darla described. The condo was quiet and the other residents were friendly. The condo was stocked with all the necessities and was located close to the beach and other attractions. She even had beach chairs, towels, an umbrella, and toys so we didn’t have to pack all that from home. We really appreciate all the recommendations Darla gave us as far as places to eat and things to do. Darla is a great host! She is very responsive and kind. We will definitely book with Darla again for our next trip to PCB!!

Very nice condo right over the water. They are recovering from Helene and there was some construction going on while we were there, which was not too disruptive. There is no beach directly in front of the house since it’s right over the water, but the beach is a very short walk away. The house was clean and just as pictured. Plenty of towels, dishes, etc. and also plenty of beach chairs provided. We found the beds too firm and the pillows uncomfortable. We would stay again.

We spent 3 nights and 4 incredible days at this house. Everything was impeccably clean, very tidy, and tastefully decorated. The house is fully furnished and equipped with everything you need for both cooking and enjoying the beach: from kitchen utensils to accessories for taking to the beach. The attention to detail was evident. I would definitely recommend it and stay here again.

Andrew was very responsive, kind, and helpful before, during and after our stay. The location and condo was as described. It was spacious, comfy, homey, and just a short walk to the beach. The beach was private and beautiful despite the hurricane disruption. We would love to return in warmer season. November getaway.
