Easy access to little bayside beaches and the walking/cycling foreshore track are only metres from the house or alternatively wander into the CBD for dining , groceries and shopping . Located just 5 minutes walk from the beach, rock pools, boat ramp and tennis court, this comfortable house has breathtaking views over the Bay of Fires, from Eddystone Point to Binalong Bay beach, visible from the large deck, bed in the main bedroom and the sunny open plan living area. Evening sunsets, over the ocean are something to behold. Both the kitchen and bathroom have been modernised and are very functional. Included are: private secure courtyard with a small shaded verandah.

The unit is part of our property which privately sits below our residence with private entrance and plenty of car parking. The unit comprises of 1 bedroom with bathroom/laundry and a separate toilet.
