Even closer, you can hike the trails at Tahquamenon Falls or scavenge the beach of Whitefish Point, where you might find an agate or a yooperlite stone.

The entire apartment is private, with your own driveway, entrance, kitchen, bathroom, and living space.

On a quiet street, there is a sleeper in the living room to accommodate two little ones. (Another apt. Next door is available for booking with Airbnb. Our apt. is 12 minutes to Petoskey's gaslight district, Boyne Mt's golf/waterpark, or Boyne City's popular farmer's market.​​​​​ We welcome bookings from guests ages 21 and over.

We are walking distance to the boat docks with a view of the harbor. We have a beautiful 4 season room at the front of the house. We are within walking distance to the Driftwood restaurant, Molly Moo’s ice cream, and the downtown area. We share a parking lot, so we are close by if needed. This is the first floor of a two story building with renters in the upstairs. There is a dog on Property. The washer and dryer are located in the basement and free to use.

Now there are two separate and private vacation rentals enjoying the same excellent location. It is conveniently located within walking distance to the gaslight district and Petoskey’s finest shopping and dining. It is also just steps away from the breakwall, Bayfront Park and Little Traverse Wheelway. Weather permitting in spring and summer you can also enjoy the views of Little Traverse Bay from a private upper level deck.

Located directly across from the Marina and Lake Huron with gorgeous views of Mackinac Island. Also, located next to the ATV/Snowmobile trail, and 1/2 mile from the Little Bear East Arena.
