We've stay at this location a few times before, and it's our favorite. From the simplicity, to loving the house and amenities itself along with the most amazing hosts. They're great at communicating, flexible, understanding, I could go on an on. It's the perfect location for our family to stay when we come up to work on our property. We look forward to our next stay as always.

This cute, cozy, modern rustic cabin was and is a perfect place to get away with your significant other. 1 bedroom is just perfect. We just absolutely loved this cabin. We will go back again for sure! The couch is comfy and great place to cuddle up and watch movies. The decor is beautiful. One of my favorite things in the cabin was the bathroom light.. as weird as that sounds, the light is super cool! It has a night light. You can turn it orange or blue. Also it is a Bluetooth speaker!! Great sound, if you love listening to music while showering and getting ready! Every picture that was posted and the description of this cabin was spot on. We wish we could of stayed longer! Just a perfect weekend to reset! Thank you James!

We loved everything about the Bhombay Beach House! It was private, cozy, and super clean. We appreciated the full kitchen (coffeemaker/coffee, full-sized fridge, stove, microwave, dishes, glassware, and utensils), since we like to save $$$ by making breakfast while on vacation. Bob was very responsive without being intrusive. He provided extra amenities without our asking (umbrellas and nighttime snacks!). The large-screen TV included Netflix ... lots of DVDs, too. The views of the beach (Lake Huron) from the living room and kitchen were gorgeous. It was too chilly to use the firepit, but we walked the beach on our last day, which was lovely. LOVED being so close to the water! We were just up the street from the ferry to Mackinac Island. We had never been, and it didn't disappoint. Horse-drawn carriages, the Grand Hotel, funky restaurants, lots of bicycles, fudge! Make sure to visit Bob (and Thom's) store, Cottage UP. Great finds! In short, a perfect stay in every way. This was an awesome trip. The house was so clean, we didn't even have to wipe down a countertop! Everything is as described in the pictures! Gregory answered any questions we had so promptly. The location was wonderful, we set out by the firepit each evening and watched barges across the street go down the water way. The house was equipped with everything we needed, the drawers were labeled, very easy to find whatever you needed. The location was perfect, restaurants and breweries were close and the local fish, walleye and whitefish were excellent. Mackinac Island Ferry in St Ignace was very close and the Island is so worth the trip. We did the Carriage House Island tour, I strongly recommend this tour when visiting the island! Sault Sue Marie was just an hour away, we did the Soo Lock Tour it was very informational. We had an added extra, Canada was having an Air Show and we were able to enjoy the Snowbird's show!

I asked my 9, 8 & 5 year old about the best part of our stay, and they all agreed that the hot tub, fire pit for s’mores and the board games were the best part. I enjoyed having a quiet space to get homework done with a view of the water. This was the perfect get away for a family of 5! We enjoyed staying inside, cooking meals & enjoying the house itself. It is beautiful inside and out, exactly like the photos and had everything we needed for our stay. We can’t wait to come back during the summer time to go out on the lake!

Comfortable and cozy stay in a beautiful setting - about 30 minutes out from Boyne and even closer to downtown Gaylord. Would highly recommend!

We had an awesome stay in the Boyneland Condo! Easy access to ski right outside our door, everything was as described and the place was perfect. Great space for our group of 8☺️

We loved our stay at Lani's place! The location was perfect and the place had everything we needed. I also really loved the bed (I wasn't too hot) and usually have a hard time with beds at other Airbnbs I've stayed in. Also, while the place didn't have wifi we still had great service on our phones (which have Verizon service). If we come back to the area, we'd LOVE to stay here again.
