A great little place for me and my kids to kick it for a weekend in Saint Augustine! The entire area and streets were kids safe for bikes and scooters and we walked or rode everywhere, to include downtown in the historic area. As well, the hosts were exceptionally responsive and even gave a few recommendations for us to do. Very nice place and will definitely look to stay again!

The house is really nice. Spacious, modern, high-spec amenities and very comfortable. The main living area is huge and really good to cook, eat and relax. We only had four of us staying but more would be easy. The beach is really nice and you definitely don't need a car. Just a couple of minutes walk from the house (if that!). Beaches are great sand and very friendly and the back yard of the house is great with swing chairs, fire pit, hot tub etc. Seth is very responsive and helpful and we would recommend a stay to anyone.

We stayed here with our family for my fiancés Bridal suite on our wedding weekend and it was literally perfect. Plenty of bed space, super clean, extremely aesthetic and spacious and plenty of parking. Thank you for making our big day weekend that much better

This location was the perfect walking distance to the St. Augustine amphitheater. We picked this place to stay over others, so we didn’t have to deal with traffic or parking while attending the Warren Zieders concert. The place was very clean, spacious, quiet and had all the amenities. The hosts were very accommodating before booking our stay. Overall, this is definitely a place I would stay at again the in the future.

House was great and very recently renovated. Very nice location, just on the edge of the historic district. Plenty of space for our group of 7. Easy 10 minute walk to main historic district or a 3 minute bike ride. Nice front and back porches, in a quaint and quiet neighborhood. Driveway has room for multiple cars no problem. Host (Ashish) was super responsive and very quick to answer our questions. Totally would rent this house again.

We are so grateful to Tim and Melody for providing a space where our family could be at home for a long weekend. My partner and I are in the process of creating a blended family, so this time together - and the need for it to be peaceful and joyful - was especially important for our young kids. It was everything we could have hoped for and more. We will be back!

If you like to watch to world go by whilst having a coffee in the morning or a glass of wine at night on the porch, this is definitely the best place in town. Absolute great location, nice apartment. You can walk to all the restaurants and it is an easy drive to the beaches (and they have free parking). External stairs to get up to the apartment are not that easy. We definitely recommend this lovely Airbnb right in the great atmosphere of St Augustine.

I absolutely love staying here. The property was spotless and cozy. It had an old school boho beach vibe. The bed was so comfortable and we fell asleep and woke up listening to the ocean. The view of the ocean from our front balcony was perfect. I’m seriously looking to book again before the end of the year. We will definitely return. Thank you!

An absolutely beautiful place to stay! Natalia was a lovely host and was very kind to me, helping me with my luggage and bringing an electric kettle and toaster oven for me. It’s just beautiful to go and sit down on their dock and watch the sunset. I will stay here next time I am in the Saint Augustine area.

We loved this place, and it was perfect for our needs. We needed a casual jump-off point for town, which was 10-15 minutes away from the property. the neighborhood was pretty also. The house was quiet. I would caution anyone who is unsteady with stairs (such as with a medical issue that affects mobility) as the staircase is tall and feels long. Our favorite thing was the book of recommendations from the host for food, coffee and things to see.

Excellent, walkable location. Spacious with all listed amenities. Across from a school which gives it a ‘home away from home’ feel. Balcony with two chairs overlooking the street. Gorgeous comfortable double bed. The front door lock batteries weren’t working on one of the days, Gina immediately replaced them with new ones. We enjoyed our stay, I can recommend this property.

Close walk to everything and plenty of parking.

A beautiful cozy condo on the Matanzas River in St. Augustine Shores. The views are very pretty from the lanai and condo. Sunrises over the river! Carla is a top-notch host who responds promptly to any inquiries and takes care of any issues quickly. The condo is very clean, bright, and nicely furnished in beach decor. Perfect for that setting! Lots to do in the area. 3 pools, 1 heated in the complex. Beach is a short drive. Awesome restaurants of all kinds. Historic Downtown St. Augustine, a must to experience. We highly recommend Carla as your host and her Riverfront Condo in St. Augustine for your next getaway!

Thank you Marty, it was perfect. The view was amazing. The condo was great for us. We visited the Washington Oaks State Park just down the road. We had lunch at Captains BBQ just south of Marineland on A1A. Tony's Pizza is right across the street from the condo. The beach was access and the beach was super. If you are looking for a beach vacation, this is a great pick. My wife and I enjoyed our stay and will be looking to coming back in the future. The swimming pool was perfectly maintained and everyone that was using it looked like they were having great time. Perfect for young and older people, like I said, this was the perfect spot for us. Butch was a very responsive host . He gave great recommendations and made sure to it that we had great instructions about check in check out , what he expected at the end of our stay etc.. The money we paid for the stay was very reasonable for beach front property. The beach was gorgeous , the ocean views from the condo couldn’t be better . There were outstanding restaurants and day trip activities to be had just about everywhere . We started with a dolphin and manatee kayak tour, rolling brunch and sunset cruise . The city is rich in history and we learned so much while there ! Butch has a fantastic property and knows how to keep his customers comfortable and wanting to return.

Really great spot. Todd gave clear detailed instructions on how to get into the gated community as well as the residence. Incredibly clean. Walking distance from food and the beach. Todd was very responsive for any questions we had, and the condo had everything possible we would need to be comfortable. Would stay again. Wish we stayed longer!

We had an amazing week at Rebecca's condo!! Everything was very clean with great amenities. She was extremely responsive if we had any questions. The location cannot be beat - pedestrian walkway with traffic light is directly across the streat. We very highly recomend and hope to return next year!

Really good looking, clean, welcoming place and well located. Todd was always responsive and there to clear any questions or doubts. the check in was easy with clear instructions and it was overall a pleasure to stay here.

The apartment was very nice and clean. Everything was there. We miss only more toilet paper rolls and shower soap in kids bathroom. The resort is perfect to spend nice time: very nice and clean 2 pools, spa and tennis/pickleball courts. The privat beach acces was fabulous with a tourtle direct close to boardwalk. We tried a few restaurants during our stay, and fall in love with one direct over the fence-Santiago's FloridaKitchen: perfect fresh homemeda food and very nice fast service. And you can not forget the Mayday ice cream. A lot of things to do around. We will definitely love to come back.

This place was wonderful. It is on the 3rd floor and there are no elevators, so we did have to carry all of our luggage up the stairs. Besides that, it is a straight 15 minute drive to historic St. Augustine. Beach access is also located on the property. The televisions are great and the property has fast internet. We would definitely stay here again.
