It was a very comfortable stay for our family of 6. Brian was very responsive. Condo is exactly as described in pictures and had everything we needed. Beautiful view from balcony. Property is beautiful maintained. Our kids enjoyed the pool and clubhouse! Pickleball courts were an added bonus!!

Beautiful place to stay! Sean is very responsive and the place was just as it looked in the photos. The king bed was very comfortable. There was some wear and tear on the outside balcony at the bottom of the railing, so we did not let the kids go out there. The condo is in the main building which made it very easy to get to the pool and in and out. Overall it was a great experience and we’d stay there again!

My family and I enjoyed our stay. We were able to explore the beautiful old town in St. Augustine and my kids loved the beach and pool. Beach is about a 3 minute walk. I would recommend booking here!

We booked with Elizabeth shortly before our trip. She was very responsive and very easy to work with. We really enjoyed our stay, the condo at World Golf Village is beautiful, easy to get to surrounded by everything you could need and very peaceful - we loved the area and plan to stay here again on our next visit.

Beautiful complex. Well maintained grounds. Very clean. Very comfortable. The artwork of St Augustine in the condo was appreciated-very nice touch. Amazing view of the ocean. Easy access to the ocean.

Everything was pretty much as we hoped it would be. Easy to check in and enter the unit according to instructions. The place was spacious, clean and well stocked with all we needed and more. Beach, pool and hot tub were wonderful. We loved driving onto the beach! Location close to the places we wanted to visit—historic town, beach, restaurants, grocery store…quiet building and plenty of parking. Nice view of the sunrise from the balcony. Our stay was all we hoped it would be.

Walter’s place was exactly as described.. it was a beautiful condo by the pool. The unit was well maintained and you couldn’t get a room closer to the pool! Thank you so much for your place Walter, my wife and I will definitely be back again!

The condo was great and had everything we needed and more. It was clean. Ground floor was great for kids to run and play and easy access to pool and beach.

David’s condo provided the best vacation stay for our family of six. It met all of our needs during our stay with plenty of room, fully stocked kitchen for our meals in and very comfortable beds. The view from the balcony, overlooking the huge pool, was awesome. From the time we booked our stay David responded with clear info for check in and out. This is our first stay with Airbnb that we did not have to contact the host for any reason! We are already planning our next vacation at this condo. Thank you David for providing a wonderful place for our family memories!

2nd time staying here, great resort for families with small kids

We had a wonderful experience at this condo. It’s a beautiful property and the condo was very clean and decorated beachy and fun! The Host was responsive very friendly and easy to work with and we had a great weekend. She answered all our questions. I recommend this condo for a relaxing time at the Beach.

Twilia and Jeff were very hospitable! It was important for us to be able to cook healthy meals and stay focused as my son was completing an important 3 day certification class for his EMT close by. Twilia and Jeff gave us room in the fridge and full access to their kitchen to help my son meet his goal. The place was spotless and comfortable. Having access to the gym and pool was a huge bonus. We would stay here again as well as recommend a friend to stay.

Beautiful home in the heart of St. Augustine! We loved how accessible the house was to the town—everything was within easy walking distance. The home itself was beautifully decorated, with a clean, stylish interior that felt both cozy and elegant. Every room had thoughtful touches that made the space feel warm and welcoming. We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely come back!

Second time staying here! Family loved it! A 5-10 minute walk to most things! And also let us check in early! Hopefully will be back soon!

Loved staying at this beach house. We used to live in Jacksonville and come back as much as possible and especially love the St. Augustine area and their beaches. This house had everything we needed..wish we could have stayed longer but that was poor planning on my part. Cap's on the Water is one of our favorite spots to eat and only a block away. Great amenities and nice neighborhood. Jamie was responsive and very accommodating!

We had a lovely stay with our 9 month old baby. Dima was a fantastic host and was super helpful. She reached out before our trip and gave us useful instructions ton find the property. Upon arrival she gave us a private tour of the property with so much passion. The place was spacious with everything you need for our stay. We enjoyed the peacefulness after a long visit at Saint Augustine. Thank you for having us !

Very nice house in a perfect location for visiting St Augustine Historical District. Good sized bedrooms and nice roomy open concept downstairs for hanging out. Kitchen is really nice with everything you could need. Backyard is huge with some nice fun surprise amenities. Great front porch. Bedrooms are all upstairs with a single bathroom so for groups wanting privacy or a buffer zone it may not be ideal. Great place overall. Better value than staying in multiple hotel rooms if visiting historical area in St Augustine with a larger group.

Beautiful location, easy access to downtown St. Augustine in about 20 mins by car. Patio had a view of the ocean. Ocean access was very close to the building. Wonderful and clean condo.

This was our second stay this year and like the first visit, accommodations did not disappoint. Christy is a five star host. Making plans for a third stay later in year!

Four of us (two adults, two teens) had a great stay at Jamie’s place. The home was beautiful and clean. We loved the big porch and spotless kitchen. Beds were comfy and water pressure was great. It was a 10 min walk into the center of town, full of great restaurants. Anastasia State Park beach was a 10 min drive. My only suggestion is if you’re a light sleeper, bring eye masks as even with blinds closed the bedrooms are bright by 7 am. Overall, we would highly recommend this home!
