Ideal for walkers, we are less than a mile from the South West Coast Path. Although very rural, we are within walking distance of two pubs, the New Inn at Veryan and The Ship at Portloe. The village shop & post office are at Veryan for your added convenience.

If you haven’t visited Flushing before you are in for a treat,our cottage is set right in the heart of this Idilic cornish costal village. The village has 2 fantastic pubs, a cafe all boasting spectacular views across the River Fal, a very well stocked local shop selling fresh local produce, a passenger ferry from Flushing to Falmouth a great service for tourists wanting to get around without using a car. The village also has a fantastic dog friendly beach, beautiful coastal walks & a kids Park.

The South West Coast Path is right on your doorstep and St Mawes, Eden Project, Lost Gardens of Heligan, Caerhays etc are all nearby. This a beautiful 3 bedroom family home. We live in an annex next door so lovely people can come and enjoy the Cornish Riviera! We have 3 bedrooms and 2 bathroom, amazing views across the Carrack Roads and we are only a short walk to the stunning St Just Church and 5 min drive to the very popular and exclusive village of St Mawes recently voted the best seaside destination in the uk and the best in Cornwall. As stated this is our family home, as such there may be some marks on the carpets etc

Keynvor is a bright, airy barn conversion in a small farm complex which formerly belonged to the National Trust. The farmhouse dates from the 1650s and the barns from the 19th century. The garden affords fabulous ocean views, and is a sun trap when the weather co-operates. There is a gentle 10-15 minute walk through woodland to the nearest beach, which is on the South West Coast Path, and it is possible to walk to Falmouth or Helford Passage along the coast.

St.Mawes has local shops, two bakeries, a deli, seafood on the harbour, boutiques and amenities. It has easy links to Falmouth by foot ferry (weather dependent) and by car on the King Harry Ferry.
