You walk in and see all the upgrades and new furnishings this home has to offer for you and your group. It has a private driveway but you won't need the car - this cottage has such an incredible location you'll be walking everywhere with ease! Our little beach cottage is completely enclosed with a privacy fence for your pet to run free. It also features a porch for outside dining with a grill and an outdoor shower.

The Fig House | Mid Century, Pool, Mins from Beach

The Fig House is a newly renovated 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom Mid-Century Modern ranch style vacation home set on 1 level. It comprises: a living room/dining room with a wood-burning fireplace, 8-seater table and connection to the kitchen, which also has a breakfast table. There is a sitting room and a sun room off the kitchen with access to the pool courtyard. There are two masters with king size beds and a bunk room that has 2 sets of bunk (twin) beds.

You'll find all the comforts of home at the 19th Hole. A 5-10 minute drive will get you to Mallory square, where there is shopping, dining and the pier to watch the sunset. East Beach has a wide beach with tide pools, concession stands and a convenient bath house with bathrooms and showers. Perfect for a family get together. A public pool in the community is available for use and is managed by the HOA.
