Our townhome is one of only 38 residences on a private drive. It's very quiet and many neighbors have lived there for years. Enjoy a dip in the community pool which is just steps from your front door (our community pool, like most others in the area, is not heated). You'll have the entire townhome just for you and your guests. The community has an outdoor pool (not heated) and barbecue area (charcoal grills) and a key is provided in the townhome. We have a washer and dryer provided inside the townhome. It’s easily accessible from a closet in the kitchen area. We once lived in this home, but have relocated just a few blocks away. Uber and Lyft are easy and affordable methods of transportation in this area. If you're planning to rent a car, there are two parking spaces available in the unit's covered carport and additional parking nearby. There is also convenient access to public transit, taxi, and bike lanes.
