Located directly opposite the highly-acclaimed Fairfax Arms and on the edge of the Ampleforth Abbey and College campus, with a 9 hole golf course in the village.

The Pines Treehouse is nestled underneath a huge oak tree sitting high above the running water of Sand Beck. A tranquil rural gem of a cottage. The Stables has all the character & charm you would expect from a Yorkshire Stone dwelling, but with all the warmth & mod cons of a luxurious quiet retreat. The upstairs 'hayloft' bedroom has characterful sloping ceilings. (6ft 4 max) and downstairs the open plan space provides a beautifully equipped kitchen, dining area & relaxing lounge with a sofa, which opens out into a comfy bed for those who prefer to remain on the ground floor, looking over the garden.

Located in the stunning Howardian Hills, this is a peaceful and romantic location. A perfect all year round escape. You park your car and the hut is a 3 minute walk from our house- make sure you pack suitable footwear. We can transport your luggage to the hut. The hut has cooking facilities (oven and a hob), there is also a fire pit for barbecues and a picnic table for outdoor dining. You have exclusive use of a hot tub which is right next to the hut.
