Such a great stay!! The loft was amazing and within walking distance to good food and entertainment, shoutout to Crave dessert lounge for such a dope vibe! The parking garage and security of the building was awesome to have! Will definitely stay again!

Loch Norm Lair is beautiful and relaxing. Great neighborhood. Just the peaceful week we needed. Rick and Judy are extremely friendly. Rick loves to share his boat and will take you for a ride. We sat and talked with them on several occasions and shared a dinner at a restaurant. The place is well cared for and a great deal, very reasonable pricing. It was a shame the sailboat wasn't working, would have loved a ride. We are already talking about a return trip in warmer weather to fully enjoy the water. Thank you so much for the beautiful week. The apartment is beautiful. We had a peaceful stay. I liked the big windows overlooking the lake. I enjoyed picnicking on the dock and kayaking around the cove.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay! The unit had anything you could possibly need. Was great not having to run to the store to get this or that as they already had everything available. Very clean!

We were only there one night but it was just what we needed. Quiet and clean and very comfortable. Robbi was extremely nice and accommodating. She even had such nice touches for our dog from a bone to a bowls already set up with water. We will stay again when in town.

I have used James many times now to lodge employees from Minnesota while attending training in the Charlotte area. All aspects of our interactions have been EXCELLENT! My employees request to stay there versus a hotel. The amenities, cleanliness, location, and peacefulness of the lake far out weigh anything a local hotel can offer. He's always the first place we look to book. 100% recommended.

Stunning place by the lake - perfect for our family with small kids. We booked very last minute, and everything was great. Amy was super responsive and helpful, and sorted out some minor issues really quickly!

We enjoyed our stay here on the water. Close to many groceries and restaurants if needed. Nice to have a spacious upper and lower deck. The floating deck was perfect for tanning. Beds were pretty basic/ not the most comfy, but plenty to choose from if you don’t have the max number of people. Overall this was a good stay and nice location on the lake

From retired grandparents to working professionals, two small children, and even our dog, the house had something for everyone. The lakefront views were stunning, providing a peaceful backdrop for morning coffee and evening conversations. The house was thoughtfully equipped with modern conveniences, making it both comfortable and functional. It truly felt like a home away from home, with cozy spaces to gather, a well-appointed kitchen, and plenty of room for everyone to relax. The owners clearly take pride in the property, and the attention to detail was evident. Whether it was enjoying family meals together, taking in the serenity of the lake, or simply spending quality time, this house offered everything we could ask for. We left with wonderful memories and would highly recommend!

A wonderful, wonderful place for a weekend retreat! Everything we needed. From hiking at a local trail, to yummy local resturants, from canoing on the lake, to cooking in the kitchen, from relaxing on the dock, to relaxing in the den. All was great! And the bathtub in the master suite was sooooo nice! Thank you for providing a comfortable space!

Ok you have to stay here! The house is just lovely with beautiful vaulted ceilings, wood beams, bright sunlight filtering through the giant windows and skylights complete with beautiful views. It is designed to feel peaceful, stylish and comfortable. It literally has ALL the things to do and plenty of privacy. I can’t even list it all the amenities in the space given. To top it off the host Allison was beyond thoughtful! There was a little sign to welcome us and she left a cake to celebrate my husband’s birthday. Made us feel like we were staying in the home of close friends. Seriously just rent this one, you WILL love it!

My sisters and I had an incredible stay at this lovely home from May 1–5! The setting is peaceful and private, tucked into a quiet cove, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The house was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed. We especially loved using the dock and kayaks - it made the experience feel like a true escape. Communication with the host was seamless and thoughtful throughout. We chose this spot for a family wedding and our annual sisters' retreat, and it was absolutely perfect for both. The villa is so comfortable and nicely decorated. Beautiful location. We love sitting on the patio. Katie is so easy to work with. Highly recommend this villa. This is our second stay and we will definitely stay there again.

We felt right at home when we walked through the door! We love the fact that the light switches were labeled with what they were for and on top of that it was very clean inside!

The apartment is located in a beautiful community by the lake but the moment you step into the space, the experience is already elevated. Squeaky clean, gorgeous lighting and lovely patio overlooking the lake and a restaurant. Thoughtful touches in the kitchen and bathroom. One of the best Airbnb’s i have stayed at.

Sherrys place was great for our 4 night stay. The location was perfect, with restaurants and stores within 10 mins. Gorgeous lake views. We enjoyed sitting out on the patio taking it all in. I couldn’t ask for a better location. The space is updated and very clean.

One of the best decisions we made on a recent trip to NC was staying for 3 nights at Desiree’s lakefront condo in Davidson. Located on an inlet of beautiful Lake Norman this 2-bedroom rental exceeded our expectations. Curbside parking and ground-level access made entering and exiting the property quick and easy. And the 2-bedroom arrangement allowed us to put our 4-year old granddaughter to bed early while we stayed up to take in the view of the harbor or watch our favorite shows on the large-screen TV in our bedroom. We also enjoyed eating breakfast on the back porch and cooling off in the nearby pool. We did not have the time to enjoy all of the amenities the rental offered, but we made good use of the kitchen (with dishwasher and utensils) and the washer-dryer. Desiree’s lakefront property was a wise investment and contributed significantly to our enjoyment during our stay. I would highly recommend this rental to anyone seeking a quiet, private, and relaxing retreat!

The condo was well equipped, nicely furnished and decorated. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Unit on second floor elevator close by. Parking was on street but we had no problem finding convenient spots. Shower pressure was great! A/C was not locked at a temp which is a must for a hot sleeper. We definitely recommend Katie’s condo!

From check in to check out, our stay was perfect. The mornings were peaceful, watching the sun rise off the lake and evenings enjoyable watching the sunset. Our son enjoyed spending his days fishing off the walking deck and the local wine bar was a must have. There was also plenty to do within a short 1 mile drive. Katie’s place was clean, well furnished, comfortable and made our holiday trip a great experience.
