Tea/coffee making facilities & light breakfast of pastry, fruit & yogurt is available in the room (or garden). You will feel very comfortable in a stylish space in lovely surroundings. Also use of a pretty patio, parking space & fridge. Sorry, not suitable for children or if you are without a car.

The cottage has a king, a twin room and a sofa bed in the lounge so is flexible with accommodating various set ups. The location is just about as good as it gets. It’s a 10 min walk along the stunning River Frome into Wareham and a stone’s throw from all major tourist attractions on the Purbecks.

Tanners Cottage was built in 2014 on the land behind what was the old village shop and next to where the old tannery used to be located. The cottage is a detached property with an enclosed private garden. Located on the Isle of Purbeck (not really an island but a peninsula on the Dorset coast) and just a short drive to many local beaches it's a perfect location to relax and enjoy the generally warmer weather the south coast enjoys. Parking for one car adjacent to the cottage.
