This 120 sq meter semi detached villa (1300 sq foot) has three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, living/dining area with 50" Cable LCD TV, a fully equipped modern style kitchen, and ceiling fans in living room and all three bedrooms. It includes a washing/drying machine in one of the bathrooms. All furnishings are elegant and modern and there are 3 bathrooms, one of which has a bath tub (whirlpool bath). Three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, and private garden full of Mediterranean plants. Op de begane grond bevindt zich een woonkamer met een volledig uitgeruste keuken, terwijl er op de eerste verdieping 4 slaapkamers zijn, elk met airconditioning, tv en een eigen badkamer. Welcome to our brand new villa X, which is located on a top of quiet hill that is overlooking nearby town of Split, sea and islands. Villa consist of 3 bedrooms, two with double beds and one with 2 single beds, 4 bathrooms and amazingly big kitchen where you can prepare any meal of your dreams :) We our mostly proud on our terrace with heated pool that is overlooking sea, islands, nearby towns and villages and biggest town in Dalmatia - Split. Indoor it offers 380 m2 on 2 floors, with 4 bedrooms, dining room, living room with modern technology and wi-fi. There is also a space where you can exercise (gym) and a pool table.

The outdoor pool and all other amenities are for your use only (exclusively). Our Villa is located in a quiet urban neighbourhood and some restaurants and grocery stores are within walking distance. The closest beach is around 350 m away from the Villa.
