Beautiful lakeside villa with private jetty, jacuzzi and a spacious wooden deck that offers sun from morning to late evening. Besides the secluded jacuzzi the deck offers a large bbq great for outside dinners. The house is close to a public beach with a waterslide and bar/ restaurant. The house is located in a quiet green area close to the royal castle and nature reserve, reachable by underground (23 min. to Fridhemsplan) or by car (13 min. from Kungsholmen). Modernt nytt gästhus beläget i strålande söderläge alldeles vid strandkanten. Huset har fullt utrustat kök, bra wifi, ett badrum med tvättmaskin/torktumlare, sovrum samt loft. I direkt anslutning finns två terrasser och framför huset en gräsmatta varifrån man kan doppa fötterna i Mälaren. Parkering finns och det är 250 m till busshållplatsen. Boendet är sista huset på en lugn återvändsgata. Perfekt utgångspunkt för utflyktsmål som Birka , Drottningsholm (10 km), Stockholm City (21 km)

Välkommen till landet mitt i södra Stockholm. Högt uppe bland trädtopparna finner ni denna fullt utrustade stuga att spendera din visit i. Stugan ligger högst uppe på ett berg med fantastisk utsikt över sjön. Du får gratismotion i den rejäla trappen som leder upp. Här bor du lantligt intill sjö och natur men med korta avstånd till Stockholm. Parkering för en bil finns. På ca 40 minuter tar du dig kommunalt till centrala Stockholm. Bäst lämpat för vuxna gäster maa tomtens topografi.

Year-round accommodation, 40m2 built in 2016 with all the amenities you could wish for. Fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with washing machine, and more. Two bedrooms and a large combined kitchen / living room. Dining table for four. Balcony with sunroof, dining area and sofa group. With the sofa bed you can sleep up to five people in the house, although three adults is optimal, or two adults and two children. AppleTV with premium accounts on Netflix, Disney+ and AppleTV+.

Efter en härlig natt i trädgårdshuset intas frukosten på bryggan invid den stora dammen. Med en kopp nybryggt kaffe i handen ser du ut över den vackra, parkliknande tomten där det alltid finns något spännande att upptäcka. Med Mälarens glittrande vatten endast en kort promenad bort är det lätt att lockas till ett dopp vid Stockbybadet. Vi finns nära storstan men ändå på landet och med gångavstånd till såväl mataffär som ett härligt konditori stannar man gärna lite längre.

Relax in the nature: The natural plot is 1600 square(kvm) meters and is hidden from neighbours. Take a walk on the path surrounded by vegetation, and you are down on the beach with crystal clear water.

Swim from the dock, enjoy the lakeside sauna, take the boat out, fish, hike in the forest or watch the sunset from the spacious terrace. Inside, an open floor plan, a cozy fireplace and thoughtfully decorated spaces create a warm atmosphere. This is a place we built with love and care deeply about, and are happy to share with our guests. It’s good for the soul.
