En person får då sova i en bekväm bäddsoffa i vardagsrummet (dörr att stänga om sig finns). Sovdelen ligger på övre plan där en vägg skiljer dubbelsängen från en enkelsäng, så det är som två sovrum. Dubbelsängen kan säras på till enkelsängar. Nybäddade sängar och handdukar. Två toaletter finns med dusch, bastu o tvättmaskin. TV-rum soffa och Apple TV.
