House is located on 88 acres with beautiful views. House has 2 bathrooms. 1 bedroom with king size bed. 2 bedrooms each with a double bed and 2 bedrooms each with a twin bed. There are two living rooms, an office and kitchen. Trails are easily accessible by both ATV and snowmobile. Property is within 5 minutes of both Little Madawaska and Madawaska Lake. Long Lake is within 15 miles. There are 3 man made ponds on the property along with multiple walking trails in which you may see wildlife.

Winter fun in town with ice skating about 1/2 mile from the property. 20 min drive to public boat access & beach at Van Buren Cove. Lots of things to do year round. Ice fishing, hunting, Skiing locations about an hour north at Lonesome Pines in Fort Kent, 2 south around 1 hour to Quoggy Jo in Presque Isle & 1.5 hours to Big Rock in Mars Hill.

Plenty of space to park vehicles and ATV/snowmobile trailers. A great place to spend a week for lake activities and nearby public trail systems! No pets.
