Family guest room with a new private bathroom

My place is perfect for a family with kids since it has a spacious room with a table/mini-kitchen and a private bathroom built in 2022 December. You will have a private access to the lower floor and balcony just outside of the room. A free parking for a regular passenger car is also available. We are a family with two lovely kids and one dog. We go to your floor only for a laundry but it will be very rare. In case that we need to go for laundray or other reasons, we will notify you in advance.

Från studion är det ca 10 meter till husets badbrygga och 500 meter till Tyresta nationalpark. I trädgården finns pool och soldäck som delas med övriga boende i huset. Möjlighet finns att hyra kajak och cykel. Fri parkering på tomten och bussförbindelse i närheten, ca 1,5 mil till centrala Stockholm.

The studio is located at the bottom floor of our house and has it's own entrance with a code lock. It takes about 30 minutes to the central station including walking. Parking is included and is located just outside the door. The studio has a bathroom and a kitchen. The neighborhood is calm and consisting of villas and terraced houses. There are supermarkets and fast food places within 5 min walking distance.
