Our stay couldn't have been better for me and my family. Great location, quiet and private; set back from the road. The house was just what we needed with plenty of space. We ended up staying longer that planned and Maria was able to allow us to stay as long as needed. Maria was an excellent host and responded quickly to our questions. If you are planning on staying in Concord, I would recommend staying here! Thanks again Maria!!

Great stay at this place! We stayed there a week before Chiistmas and the place had a beautiful Christmas tree and other Christmas decorations around the home. This really made it feel like home. We were able to sit at the fireplace and have a glass of wine and it even snowed that night which totally made the stay feel like a holiday. I would highly recommend this place. It was squeekly clean, sits on the water with great views, and easy to get to.

Steve & Michele’s place was perfect for my friend’s reunion weekend. The house was perfect in every way. Literally no complaints. Steve and Michele were awesome. We can’t wait to come back during winter to see everything covered in snow. The hot tub and kitchen were definitely the highlight of the house. Very spacious and warm.

Place was great! Less than 10 minutes to Mount Snow. We had fun playing ping-pong, air hokey, pool, and darts! Relaxed by the wood burning stove. Lots of rooms and beds.

Dangerously cozy. Quiet at night, but not so secluded that it felt eerie. The cottage itself is stocked with every miscellaneous item you might forget—toothbrushes, soap, cooking spray, local maps, scissors, etc., and was clearly well-cared for and, beyond that, loved. We indulged in a game of Scrabble on a board from 1976: this isn’t any sort of apartment set. People have clearly lived here. Dave was accommodating and understanding when I made my first booking on AirBnb with him, requesting more information about my trip and myself without making me feel like I was under investigation. House is just perfect. Highly recommend booking with Dave.

This Airbnb is the definition of peaceful! To start, this was a weekend get away for my wife’s birthday and we were greeted with a lovely birthday card and gift basket. The consideration of Kevin & Rosanna is out of this world; right next to the lovely card was a well organized binder full of all the information you need for a delightful stay! I have stayed at many Airbnbs and I have never felt so at home and comfortable as I was in Kevin & Rosanna’s space. The home is very well stocked with any and all essentials as well as a multitude of complementary items to make it feel special. Highly recommend this stay as I hope to return another time as well.

We had a great stay at this Airbnb! The house was beautiful and clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The view overlooking Ragged Mountain was absolutely stunning—such a peaceful and scenic backdrop. The living room and kitchen layout was perfect for spending time together, and everything felt spacious and well-kept. While we would have preferred a formal dining table, the breakfast bar with four chairs worked out fine for our group. The downstairs area was a big hit with the kids—they loved the air hockey table and ESPN hoop game. The three bedrooms were a good size, and all the beds were very comfortable. Jenn was incredibly responsive and helpful with any questions we had during our stay. Overall, a wonderful getaway spot—we’d definitely come back!

Very happy with our short stay at this location. Very quiet and beautiful location with only a few minutes drive to commercial areas in Westminster and Fitchburg. Space was small but cozy and was very comfortable for us and our two small dogs.

Brianna's farm apartment was just as described! It was very clean, warm and quite spacious. We had everything we needed to have the perfect restful weekend in the barn, with the most peaceful surroundings. Brianna left some delicious teas and chocolate which was also nice personal touch. We didn't need anything during our stay but our pre-visit communications were super helpful and very nice. Would definitely stay again!

Great spot right next to Okemo! The cabin was better than the photos, felt really homey and clean.

This property is definitely within the top five Airbnb’s that I’ve ever stayed at! The apartment is absolutely beautiful with no detail missed. The kitchen was impeccable with light snacks provided and coffee/creamer, which is a huge plus for me. The bathroom was spotless with beautiful, plush towels and a lovely washer and dryer set. The living room was very comfortable with a reclining couch. The bed was very comfortable with plush linens. I can’t wait to stay again when I’m working in town.

Cold Comfort Farm offers a wonderful setting and view for anyone who wants a true New Hampshire experience. It reminded me of my youth growing up nearby. Jo was completely welcoming.

I own a cleaning business, so I’m picky. The place was immaculate. Many extras, so if you forgot a toiletry, chances are Susan has provided it. Bed was comfortable, plenty of hot water in the shower. 2 tv’s, small fridge and a toaster oven. We would definitely stay here again.

Great for a good group of friends. The hot tub situation was absolutely perfect especially for the price. Plenty of Bedrooms. Kitchen has everything that you would need, overall a amazing stay

Great April Vacation getaway! I was visiting local family in the area and I was worried about being able to find a place that could also accommodate our cats. No problem with David! His place was pet-friendly, clean, spotless and gorgeous! My cats felt very comfortable and LOVED, and looking about the kitchen window at his chickens. Bit hit! 🐓 🐈‍⬛ I personally loved the shower head pressure, the separate entrance, and aesthetic decorations. My husband loved watching “Black Adder” on the big screen TV ! All around hit! 10/10 would recommend.

My boyfriend and I were beyond ecstatic about this tiny cabin. Very clean and just as described. The comforts of home, outdoors. It was cold during our stay (there is no heat or AC) but extra blankets and plenty of firewood was provided! We saw otters, bald eagles, deer, blue jays and beautiful sunsets. We brought our electric scooters and scooted to the town of Ayer which was absolutely adorable! Highly recommend “Tiny’s” for breakfast, “Nashoba club pizza and taproom” and “Gibbet Hill Grill” check out Bancroft Castle while at Gibbet Hill Grill. We were very happy with our stay. Snacks and drinks were also provided at the cabin. Thank you for sharing your property with us! We’ll be back!

We *LOVED* our time in the Cabin in the Woods. Sondra and Daniel were very responsive in responding to questions about the property. The layout of the cabin was sensible and comfortable and the bed was very comfortable. We would love to go back! The cabin location is perfect and is sweet and romantic. We have been coming back to the red house with our children every year for the past 7-8 years. It’s a magical, peaceful place, a place like no other. The cabin has everything needed and we always find it in great condition.

Snowshoe cabin is so charming! I really loved my stay in this cozy little cabin. We got a few mornings of snow, which made it all the more idyllic. The heated floors, covered porch, and view of the pond really stand out. I felt very safe and comforted while being there. The vintage touches throughout were well appointed, and the modern up to date features were appreciated in contrast. I would definitely return and recommend this to anyone who loves a charming cabin that feels like being wrapped up in a warm blanket
