Nancy is a fabulous host. I grew up in North Andover and my sister lives 2 minutes from Nancy. We were hosting 15 for thanksgiving dinner and it was easy in her kitchen. Thanksgiving morning Nancy delivered a homemade cranberry breakfast bread! So sweet!! The home was beautiful and clean and the landscape/setting absolutely gorgeous. She was so accommodating to advise how to get my aged parents who were in wheel chairs into the house! Her communication was great!

Serge was helpful with marathon weekend details and was very responsive. House is as described, quite spacious and easily sleeps 8 adults. The game room includes billiards, darts, a massage chair, and 3 comfortable theater chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed to prepare large family meals. It’s a 30 minute walk to the Newton Center green line train stop, which is recommended for transportation to and from downtown Boston. The price was a little high, but everything in the area was increased for marathon weekend. Would recommend.

LOVED LOVED! My friends and I all agreed that this house looks just like the pictures for once! Very nice unexpected touches/surprises. House had everything you could really need! I believe the host could get away with charging more in my opinion! I hope to come back in the future.

Six of us stayed over the weekend. We were very comfortable and Brad was very helpful and responsive. House had everything that we needed. Brad is a great host. Would 100% recommend a stay.

Host was friendly and helpful. House is located in an area close to a great grocery store and lots of shopping. It,s also not far from the mountains for those who want to leaf peep in the fall. The house is cozy and has everything you could want, just have to bring yourselves.

My friends and I went for a weekend trip and had such a great time. Steve responded quickly to messages and made it clear that if we had any questions, to reach out at any time. Such a great place!

We had a wonderfully relaxing ladies weekend to celebrate my retirement. Diana's place was extremely clean and comfortable with a spectacular view from the private covered porch. We had everything we needed and felt right at home. Thank-you for sharing your lovely home with us!

Absolutely perfect we had a wonderful stay this weekend. Great location, beautiful area so safe and clean. The house was prestige free of clutter and having everything you could need for a stay. The attention to detail was wonderful. beds were super comfortable furniture was comfortable pretty and clean. So close to the ocean just a few steps to the sand and a nice pathway right onto the beach. We will definitely be staying here again if we get the chance, I would highly suggest this home to anyone who is looking for a great place thank you so much for such a wonderful stay🤩

My groups stayed at Trang’s home for 2 night and our stay was perfect. The home was exactly as pictured in the listing and was very clean and spacious. Check-in instructions were straight forward and easy to understand. Would definitely stay again in the future if we ever find ourselves in the area.

Erin's place was clean, comfortable, pleasantly appointed, and very well stocked. I only wish we had had better weather to take advantage of the lovely deck. If we go back to Plum Island, I would consider renting this place again. I would like to make one suggestion for Erin's place and all Airbnb's that I have rented. Many of us are seniors and getting into and out of tubs, even some showers, would be a lot safer with hand holds and mats for the floor of the tub or shower. These additions would not be a deterrent for a younger crowd, but would be a very appealing addition for seniors worth mentioning in descriptions of the properties.

This is an older ranch with a spacious kitchen and super comfortable beds. A beautiful beach is steps down the road. It is the first house off the highway, so you may hear traffic noise. There is a dehumidifier, which you will need to turn to the highest setting. The host is friendly and very responsive.

It was a lot bigger then we expected which was great for our family. It was so quiet and peaceful, great to wind down on the back porch after a long day. Samuel was quick to respond to any messages. It wasn't to far from the battle green in Lexington. It was a wonderful week for us and if we return to the area I will definitely be looking for this house again.

We come to this large house to Quilt and knit twice a year. On a nice day the back deck is a great place to sit and enjoy the trees and view. It's a comfortable place to be.

Fatima's place was welcoming, clean, and well-equipped. She was extremely accommodating and helpful. I enjoyed the amount of space we had for a large group. The transit nearby was down but they still had busses to accommodate. Definitely an amazing value for what we paid. I'd definitely recommend it for a bachelor party or any large group outing. We couldn't have had a better time!

Tommy was great. He was easy to contact and communicated wonderfully. The house was set up for a guest with everything you needed for a comfortable stay. The furniture and beds were so comfortable as well as the welcoming feel. Plenty of spacious rooms. Even spaces you could have alone time. When they described the house on the ocean, it really is. This was by far the best Airbnb we’ve stayed at. Hope to rent it again next year. I can’t say enough on how comfortable the house is. This is the first house we’ve recommend for other people to stay at. Peg

Lauren’s house was the perfect place to stay for Christmas. It had everything we could possibly need and the garage was so convenient. I appreciated the night lights throughout the house. I felt very much at home and would highly recommend staying at Lauren’s!

Enorme casa en excelentes condiciones, muy funcional y con un enorme patio que no pudimos disfrutar por falta de tiempo y porque el clima aún no lo permitió, pero la propiedad es fantástica, muy bien equipada, impecablemente limpia, situada convenientemente en un suburbio residencial a aproximadamente 30 minutos de Boston. My husband and I were getting married and in his mind it is customary to not see the bride until she walks down the aisle! On my mind…I didn’t just want to come home, as we live together, just like any other night. I took my mother with me the night before our wedding and fell in love with this cute, quiet place with a gorgeous view, again nothing too far from our venue. We had worked out a little confusion on communication, we were great and going to have the cutest little house overlooking a pond/lake! My mother loved it and my husband loved it as well. It was very well kept, gorgeous view out the ceiling to floor windows! Private, quaint, easy to get to, quiet….just super cute all around! My husband and I do Airbnb‘s a couple times a year….if we were to look for some place close to home, we would definitely love to stay here again! Everything was great!

This was the PERFECT place for my family’s girls trip to Salem. It was only a 12 minute drive into town. The house is breathtaking!!! The pictures do not do it any justice. Everything is spotless and very welcoming. The private beach is a 3 minute walk up the road. The neighborhood is very peaceful and the neighbors were also very friendly. Tracy was an amazing host!!! 10/10 recommendation.

A wonderful place that felt even larger than in the pictures, surrounded by beautiful scenery, offering complete privacy, and the perfect touch of a delicious hot tub experience under a snowy night.

Nice place with everything we needed in it. Andreas was super great. We went in a fishing charter and he let us borrow a cooler for our trip. The showers were amazing. The outside sitting area with a fire pit was one of the greatest features. We are a cooking family and although there were two cooking areas to stay together and cook it was a tight fit. What we got for the price was a really good deal.

The space was perfect for our family great away. The huge kitchen, private bedrooms and quiet space allowed us to relax and still have family time together. The house was immaculate. Would book this space again!
