I live on the completely separated lower levels of the home so you can enjoy the upper levels all to yourself!

Fully equiped kitchen and laundry make longer stays much more comfortable. Very close to Monument Arena, SDSMT, and all of down town.

Hosted by a welcoming family in a quiet neighborhood, it's perfect for traveling professionals, small families, and couples. **Our family lives upstairs with young children who are home during the day. We strive to maintain a quiet environment for our guests, particularly in the evenings, though some noise is to be expected.**

This house is in a great location in Rapid City, minutes from downtown and a great starting point for exploring the Black Hills. We welcome dogs in our home. No cats! Additional fee will be added if cat is “snuck” into the home!. The yard is fully fenced and there is plenty of off street parking as well as use of a garage. ( Caution! Low Clearance). I am happy to help with trail maps and directions are you kick off your adventures in the Black Hills.

Also covered parking and additional space for a toy hauler. A private entrance means you can come and go as you please. Ask about long term rates from October thru April.
