Beautiful, quiet and bright apartment with terrace and private entrance. Through the separate outdoor entrance you can reach the apartment in the basement of the house. It offers a living room with dining table, chairs and kitchen and an exit to the terrace. In the hallway there is a wardrobe and plenty storage space. The bathroom comes with a shower, toilet as well as a large washbasin. Directly attached (without a door) is the bedroom with 1.40m bed and wardrobe.

Man kann wunderbar abschalten, mit flexibler Ausstattung für kreative Prozesse auch in kleinen Gruppen. Für die Gäste ist das 1. und 2. Stockwerk reserviert und übers Treppenhaus verbunden. Im Erdgeschoss habe ich meine Atelierräume.
