If you want to spend a relaxing and restful summer vacation, our apartment is the right choice for you. We have comfortable and modern apartments with a magnificent sea view on two Perast islands, at only 10 meters from the beach. The apartment is located in a small village Strp, near Risan, in the heart of the Bay of Kotor, one of the most beautiful bays in the world, protected by UNESCO since 1979. Newly built air-conditioned apartment (46m2), on the second floor of the building, overlooking the sea, has a bedroom with three beds, a living room with sofa, kitchen, bathroom, two balconies, satellite TV and wireless internet. Guests have access to garden in a Mediterranean ambience with furniture, barbecue and washing machine. Secured parking space is in front of the house.

Sea front old stone house with amazing sea views and so much space! Pretty unique location, one just need to grab a towel and take few steps to the sea. Hard to beat the views over the day or night scenery. Each bedroom is with own bathroom plus additional bathroom with laundry equipment . Apartmant Mareta III is part of the original house that is over 200 years old, which is a cultural monument existing in the Austro Hungarian maps from the XIX century. The house is mediterranean style building made of stone.The apartment is situated only 5 m away from the sea in the heart of the idyllic old place named Ljuta, that is just 7 km away from Kotor. Apartmant has a handmade double bed, sofa, Wi-Fi, android TV, cable TV, air conditioner , unique rustic kitchen, microwave and fridge.

The tiny house is simple and beautiful. We turned the strong walls of the Ottoman building 15th century into a unique dwelling. At your disposal is a room with a large bed, two terraces and a balcony with magnificent sea views. Additionally, there are common spaces: a large terrace with barbecue, kitchen, shower, toilet. Plus, the whole village built in the 14th century with 4 churches, 2 old schools, abandoned and beautiful houses and breathtaking views of forests, mountains and the sea.
