Relax in a peaceful, natural environment, ideal for friends, families, wild swimmers, cyclists, paddle boarders, hikers and for cosy evenings by the fireplace. Separately charged are a luxurious hot tub, perfect after a hard days hike and a wood fired barrel sauna with cold shower. A tuck shop, art classes and treatments are also available.

Bay View Cottage is a fabulous ENTIRE Ulverston home extremely well suited for a romantic escape for two people or for working in the area, or working at home, great WiFi. Very peaceful here no road noise lots of bird song, cosy up and enjoy the panoramic view. Very close to town centre it has own entrance with a key safe, so arrival time can be totally flexible, and there is private parking. We use a Professional cleaning service to ensure the place sparkles. Much better than a hotel room!

A well appointed holiday home in an elevated position, with fabulous views, exclusively for welcoming families and walking groups, luxuriously appointed with plenty of additional attention to smaller details in order to make guests feel welcome, comfortably catered for, and extra special. A great base to get away from it all, relax completely, and yet in close proximity to Ulverston, western lakes and also central lakes - Windermere is about 45 minutes drive away. There are many wonderful walks and bike rides available from the front door. Stays start Mondays or Fridays.

Camping Barn 2, Abbot Park Farm

Built in 2012, our slate and stone camping barns boast 6 single beds on the first floor. The ground floor space includes a dining area, kitchen area which includes a microwave, kettle, toaster, small fridge and a single electric hot plate. and a ground floor wet room. Bedding, towels, cutlery, crockery are all provided. Outside are stunning views, a picnic area and public footpaths through the farm. Breakfast is not provided can be requested at an additional cost.
