A charming apartment located within the Grade 1 listed Layer Marney Tower! This apartment is situated within the main building of the Tower but benefits from its own private entrance and is completely self-contained. The apartment comprises an entrance lobby with a small kitchenette (microwave, fridge, kettle, tableware for 2), a 5-piece modern bathroom (shower, bath, toilet, sink, bidet) and a magnificent master bedroom with a huge four-poster bed. This new luxury self-catering, one bedroom apartment provides a perfect blend of comfort and convenience. It is finished to a very high standard with its own private access, private patio area and views of our large garden. It adjoins our family home in the quiet village of Fulbourn, outside Cambridge. It is ideally located for visits to Cambridge, Addenbrooke's, Newmarket etc. Please note we are not within walking distance of Cambridge but it is easily accessible by car, taxi, Uber or bike!

The Loft - cosy and private!

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway, complete with its own private hot tub! The Loft offers everything you might need for a short break in the peaceful Suffolk countryside. There are lovely field paths to explore, and our wonderful local pub within an easy walk, as well as the pretty little town of Eye two miles up the road with its castle and independent shops. The stunning Suffolk Coast is less than an hour away, as are the cities of Norwich, Ipswich and Bury St Edmunds.

Ipswich Waterfront is 5 minute walk where you can find a Marina surrounded by Restaurants and Bars. 10 minute walk from the town centre

Great little studio apartment, bus stop outside the property with good access to Ipswich and Felixstowe, we are located within a 2 minute drive to Trinity park Showground, a 10 minute drive to Ipswich hospital, BT Martlesham, Woodbridge and Felixstowe, 5 minute drive to Levington marina, there are many restaurants, pubs and cafes all within a short drive away, For people who enjoy walking in the countryside, we have some lovely areas around us to explore.

Primrose Lodge in Maldon

Perfectly located in a peaceful haven, only a 5 minute walk to Maldon's high street with it's vast array restaurants, cafes and bars as well as many boutique shops. Beautiful walks from Maldon including Beeleigh falls. There is also the renowned Maldon Promenade to visit. Offering a self contained annexe split over two floors. Clean towels, fresh bed linen and toiletries are provided as well as a coffee machine, tea, sugar and milk, TV and WFI.

The name of the property very simply describes the view out the back of the annex which we hope you love as much as we do. You can watch rabbits, deer and birds from the large gable window and star gazing is a must. Whether you're in the area for an event or want to spend a relaxing weekend away to unwind, Field View Annex is the perfect getaway.
