The Blackhouse Boatshed is a stylish new small house boasting stunning panoramic views over the boatbuilding and sailing hamlet of Pin Mill and the famous Butt and Oyster pub. Originally built as a farmhouse in C 1700, Talltrees was recently fully renovated to an exceptional standard combining the contemporary open plan way of living with a warm homely feeling. This country retreat sits in over an acre of private land with the owners separate accommodation at the opposite end of the site. It is only a ten minute walk from the centre of Framlingham and its selection of eateries and independent shops. We maintain and clean our house to a very high standard.

Bramble Cottage is a semi-detached brick house with two bedrooms situated next to a glamping site with a café and small shop but has it's own driveway, enclosed garden and patio with a wood burning hot tub and gas BBQ. There is a cosy sitting room with large TV, fully equipped kitchen with dining table and cloakroom with washer/dryer. It overlooks woodland and water in a beautiful area of Suffolk where there are great walks and cycle rides as well as a pub in walking distance.

A beautiful large farmhouse, dating from approximately 1600 and listed Grade II, in acres of idyllic gardens and overlooking a mile-wide river estuary. There is direct access from the bottom of the garden onto the ‘sea wall’ along the river, for walks and wonderful birdwatching. There is a duckpond (fenced) by the house and chickens (collect the eggs), and a large summerhouse with veranda in the garden, as well as a paddock of alpacas!
