Klimatizirana, može primiti sedam gostiju u četiri velike spavaće sobe. Kuhinja je potpuno opremljena za svakodnevnu upotrebu i blagovaonica s osam sjedećih mjesta. Vani se nalazi bazen s vrtnim namještajem i prostorom za roštilj, te dječje igralište i parking za više vozila. Bazen, kuća i dvorište su dostupni za korištenje samo vama.
