Tom was the best host so far. His beautiful house was perfect for summer or winter. We felt perfectly at home as soon as we arrived. Do not hesitate to book this beautiful house.

the place was even better than the photos show. everything looked brand new. the bathroom was great with heated floors and nice shower. stocked with nice towels. w/d. kitchen was fully stocked with supplies. nice open space with plenty of room to be comfortable. nice TV with app access. garage for one and outside for another. Angela was very communicative and helpful. cost was reasonable compared to area and looked better than others. highly recommend.

My husband and I had a very relaxing weekend away. The cabin was cozy, especially the beds and seating by the fireplace. Alecia made us feel welcome and comfortable with all the features of the house. She was very responsive and paid a lot of attention to detail. While visiting the cabin I was able to go for a long run (plenty of hills!) and eat at some delicious local restaurants. We look forward to an opportunity when we can come back.

A great weekend escape in a treehouse. The swings are an experience and the beds are comfy. Can’t wait to return again for another adventure in the woods.

A beautiful spot with scenic lake views, even in winter. Remote and quiet but still close to New London and Sunapee. Cabin interior is very cozy and comfortable with many beds.

If you are looking for an idyllic lake house experience, this is it! We could have spent our entire trip just sitting on the porches—upstairs, downstairs, one screened-in porch, and the lovely dock. We used the kayaks and the paddle boat multiple times. The house was perfect for us because we are a close family of three, but if you need privacy from other guests, this wouldn’t be the ideal house as one bedroom opens into the other. The beds are soft and comfortable as is the sofa. Paula and Tim were extremely responsive and helpful. We would absolutely return to this house. It was difficult to leave the gorgeous leaves.

Words I don’t think can describe how amazing Herrick cove is!!! The house was even more beautiful than we could have hoped for!! The space was laid out beautifully and had everything and more!! Jen was super responsive gave detailed instructions and the place felt like home sweet home for our stay!! We can’t wait to book again hopefully next time during the summer months when we can get full use of the lake and all the amenities it has to offer!!! October was a little too chilly to go swimming haha!! Thank you so much for opening your wonderfully beautiful home!!

Topside was a great place to spend a couple of nights in the beautiful town of Sunapee. The loft was cozy, clean, well appointed and within walking distance to the Sunapee Harbor. Lisa and her husband were wonderful hosts who gave us our privacy but were so pleasant and friendly when we encounter them. We have family in the area and will definitely consider Topside again as great overflow spot during family reunions. Thanks again Lisa!
