My wife and I run and maintain the property and live close by. The home has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms/laundry room. This home has a large enclosed back patio and gazebo area with table, grill, gas fire, fountain, flowers/plants, TV/ lights. Stone drive is only a mile away. Meadowview conference is 2.8 miles away. This unique and beautiful craftsman home, originally built in 1917, is a piece of history with original hardwoods throughout and just the right combination of modern updates and classic craftsman charm. Our efficiency has a private entrance, full bathroom, king bed and living room space. Coffee maker, microwave, hair dryer and mini frig are in suite, with washer, dryer, iron and ironing board available in laundry room on site. Easy access to fenced backyard and fire pit. A centrally-located, 105 yr old, 3 br spotless home, decorated to delight & amuse. On the Mark Vance Bike Trail, & we provide the bikes! Enjoy a self-guided bike tour of Bristol! 2 miles from Steele Creek Park. 1 mile from downtown. Enjoy restaurants & live music. There is a 2nd bathroom in the basement. Recently remodeled the downstairs bathroom! Be careful on the narrow stairs. Please turn the knob on the front door to lock it as you are leaving. I hope you enjoy your stay at our Beauty!
