Ess-und Küchenbereich sind der Mittelpunkt der Wohnung. Die Küche ist mit Kochfeld, Backofen und Kaffeemaschine ausgestattet, elektrischer Wasserkocher und Toaster sind selbstverständlich. Es gibt ein Doppelbett und eine Schlafcouch. Die Wäsche-Erstausstattung mit Bettwäsche, Handtüchern ist im Mietpreis enthalten. Das Badezimmer ist mit Dusche, WC.

Gemütliche 1 Zimmer Souterrain Wohnung im Bayerischen Wald Raus aus der Hektik, rein in die Stille. Im Sommer angenehm kühl, im Winter kuschelig warm. 38 km entfernt v. Regensburg. Eingebettet in kraftvolle Natur, gleich vor der Haustür. Mein großer Naturgarten liegt direkt am Waldrand. Da ist genügend Platz, um auch ungestört für sich zu sein. Bei uns finden Sie Ruhe, wunderschöne Natur, herzliche Atmosphäre und ein sehr gemütliches Ambiente. Unsere beiden Galeriewohnungen mit Kaminofen und Zirbenbetten lassen keine Wünsche offen. Außerdem bieten wir gegen Aufpreis Sauna und med. Massagen. Damit die Ruhe gewährleistet ist, nehmen wir nur 2 Gäste pro Wohnung.

Ein Ort, um aktiv die Umgebung zu erkunden, beim Wandern, Joggen, Skifahren oder Paddeln, angrenzende Städte, wie Straubing, Landshut und Regensburg zu besichtigen, Gäste zu empfangen und gemeinsam zu Kochen, vor dem Kamin und im Garten zur Ruhe zu kommen oder sich in der hauseigenen Sauna zu entspannen.

Cozy and traditional 200-years-old house

There is a big room with a fireplace, decorated with traditional furniture where you can enjoy your meals or spend cozy evenings, playing board games and drinking whine or Bavarian beer. In the kitchen next to the electric stove there is an old-fashioned kitchen oven where you can boil your tea water in a traditional way, but don`t worry, there is also an electric kettle. The house has a big garden with vegetables and fruit like strawberries, raspberries, apples and pears.

Beautiful, quiet and bright apartment with terrace and private entrance. Through the separate outdoor entrance you can reach the apartment in the basement of the house. It offers a living room with dining table, chairs and kitchen and an exit to the terrace. In the hallway there is a wardrobe and plenty storage space. The bathroom comes with a shower, toilet as well as a large washbasin. Directly attached (without a door) is the bedroom with 1.40m bed and wardrobe.

Stadtnahes Apartment am Park

Close to the city but still in the nature. The perfect small apartment for two people who appreciate a direct connection to Regensburg's old town but want to relax in a quiet location and set off directly from the front door to the park and the adjacent nature reserve. The house with three parties offers privacy through its own access, but also a personal environment and contact person in case of problems. Lidl and bakery open on Sundays only 250 m away.

The apartment is situated in a quiet neighborhood about 2 kilometers from the city center of Regensburg. The beautiful historical old part of the city can best be reached by bus (3 bus lines headed for the city are only a couple of minutes from the apartment). Regensburg university is a fifteen minute walk away. The apartment features a fully equipped kitchenette and bathroom. The fridge has a freezing compartment, WiFi and a TV are included.
