This is a basement suite NO PARTIES, I live upstairs. My home is on a very quiet tree-lined street, with easy access to the Trans-Canada Hwy or Deerfoot trail (QE2) which gets you to the airport. You have your own private entrance leading down to a basement suite. The space is very generous, with lots of room to spread out. Most times you can check in before 6pm, I’m giving myself a huge buffer.
