The perfect place to stay for a mini getaway. Very convenient and great place to come back to for views. Vicky was super helpful and made the trip seamless.

This was a beautiful place to stay, it was exactly what me and my partner were looking for. A nice quiet area, great scenery, the house itself was perfect in terms of size, style and exactly what we imagined. Alex was also kind enough to provide breakfast amenities. It’s also right in the middle of all the winery’s, which we had a great time exploring. Would recommend for anyone looking for a quiet and enjoyable get away.

Absolutely loved our stay at this air bnb. We are a family of 3, with a 1 year old. It was the perfect base to explore many of the family friendly activities on the peninsula, and a fantastic place to unwind between exploring. Our daughter loved the goats, cows and exploring the gorgeous gardens. Caitlyn was very responsive, and checked in on us to make sure we had everything we needed. Honestly wish we had booked a longer stay, so will definitely be back!

We had such a great time glamping at Randall’s estate! We are not campers so this was the perfect introduction to tent life! We loved how cosy the tent was with clean bedlinen. We had a kettle to boil water for our tea and some other thoughtful touches like a backgammon set and picnic rug. The outdoor facilities worked perfectly also. All in all we would highly recommend Randall’s glamping experience.

Very nice and spacious property with well appointed kitchen and 2 very large indoor living areas as described. It was modern, clean. Kitchen was well equipped with plenty of glassware, more than what we expected. Plenty of indoor and outdoor spaces for large groups. Would book again for family reunions. Host is very responsive and flexible when possible.

We’ve had the pleasure of working with Mauro on several occasions, and he’s consistently been exceptional. He’s incredibly responsive and provides accurate, extremely helpful information. The property itself is well-catered for, with excellent spaces and amenities. The spa and sauna are a must-try – they’re worth every penny! A wonderful and relaxing few days in Balnarring. The accommodation was just like the photos and description, and it was a wonderfully peaceful location, close to amenities but tucked away. Have stayed here before, and would stay here again.

Felt like staying with family, the house has everything. No detail was spared. The bath towels are soft and fluffy, the cupboards are full of games for the family to play, the Coffee machine was stocked with enough pods for our whole stay.

We enjoyed our stay at Jeremy’s and Hazel place. All of the activities we had planned were within a short drive. The house was comfortable and had a well equipped kitchen. The space is friendly for children with plenty of games and puzzles as well as the garden. We enjoyed having our meals on the balcony.

Amazing location, easy walk to the beach, close to both Cowes and the Penguin Parade. Exactly as described and host was very responsive.

Helen's place was very clean and the outdoor area was huge. It was definitely well looked after we would love to stay here again the next time we come to Phillip Island.

A fantastic find. Great little house that we used as a base to explore the island. Main shopping / eating street in cowes is just around the corner so a very handy location. Narelle was very responsive and helpful. A great communicator. All in all a great stay for my elderly parents, my husband, 12 year old son and i. And our dog!!

We had a lovely relaxing stay at Coast Nest, it felt like a home away from home. Very quiet surroundings, with the choice of two decks to sit with a cup of tea and listen to the native birds. Comfortable beds and couches. Was wonderful to be able to bring our dog on holiday too - 10 min walk to a fantastic dog beach. Thanks Heather!

Our second time staying at Rebecca’s lovely place in Shoreham. Such a cosy, homely place to stay. Plenty of room for our family of 5.

Had a wonderful Christmas stay. House was extremely well kept, beautifully appointed and styled and exactly what we wanted. Loved having the pool and the ample room for large family. Kitchen was perfectly equipped with all appliances and cookware we needed. Butlers pantry was an added bonus and helped with extra room while prepping food and meals. Loved the extra lounge room too which was useful for others to watch movies and or for a reading room. Great car parking spaces as well and very private location. Fabulous house and can’t wait to return.

We stayed for the long weekend. It was a family get away. The house was beautiful, spacious, clean. It has a beautiful pool and spa. It had all you need to cook if you feel like it. Had lots of games for young and old. Location was great, close to shops, beach or go for a beautiful walk. We could not fault anything. Definitely recommend Jenine’s place you will not be disappointed. We will definitely be back again but next time for a longer stay. Thank you once again Jenine. We give you 5 stars

Place was absolutely beautiful! Very clean, spacious and nicely fitted out. Heated pool was a highlight. Great place to come with kids - we will definitely be looking to return. Location was perfect - very peaceful but close proximity to beach and local towns. Allister was incredibly responsive and provided us with clear instructions about the house as well as useful local recommendations.

We have stayed at Jodie's place 2 or 3 times now, my kids love it, we walk to the beach in the morning and if hot enough, pool for rest of the day. It has everything that suits us as a family including the oval and skate park across the road.

The accommodation was a perfect size. Main bedroom is great, large with its own bathroom and enclosed outside area. Shared bedrooms maybe a bit small but they're just for sleeping anyway. Plenty of living space, an extra area for kids. Lots of toys and games and a billiard table. The swim spa wasn't heating for us but Chris the host did warn us due to unforeseen circumstances and offered a refund if we wished to cancel. Very close to a beautiful enclosed beach, not very busy and good for swimming. Far enough away from 5he bustle of Cowes centre but close enough to walk or drive in for supplies. Chris was very prompt in replying. Overall, a very good experience and I recommend this accommodation for groups or families. Thank you Chris for offering your place.

The house was ideal for our large family, it was a fairly long drive to the beach and the road in is too narrow for our liking. That didn’t bother the rest of the family though. They all won’t to go back next year! I appreciated Nikki’s quick response to a couple of issues and the fact she was easy to contact.

Highly recommend. From enquiry to end of stay, our experience was nothing but positive. Jo was the most delightful host. Her love for the property and joy for others to experience it was felt throughout all of her communications. Everything was proactively explained in detail. The property was peaceful, spacious, a luxurious rural retreat. It was equipped with every item that you would need. Even carrots to feed the horses! The veranda wraps around the beautiful weatherboard homestead with the main feature being the solar heated infinity edge pool. An outstanding space to take in the surrounds and let life pass you by. Mitch and Co, a 5minute drive away offered delicious coffee. Mount Martha market and beach for a little outing. However, it is hard to peel yourself away from the homestead. Days basking by the pool. Nights of bbqs and kids playing cricket in the gorgeous tree lined driveway. Lifetime memories have been made. Thank you Jo for allowing us to enjoy your property

Our stay at Tracy's place was fantastic the house had everything we needed and more. A beautiful outdoor entertaining area which the kids loved. Definitely one of the cleanest and equipped Air BnB's we have stayed at. Thanks for having us everyone had the best weekend.
