Our home is a true beachfront property with its own walkway to the beautiful sand. Wake up every morning to the sun streaming in your windows (or don't - close the shades!) and listen to the sounds of the crashing waves. Our home is part of a small community (10 homes) and we share a large common pool. It's perfect for large families that want a space to hang out after a long day on the beach. There is ample parking for multiple cars and guests. Please see note about pet fees below!

The Salty Barn is tiny and anything but ordinary. It’s within walking distance to the Marshwalk, with plenty of dining options and fresh seafood. The comfy sofa pulls out into a double bed, or, if you’re brave, you can climb the stairs up to the loft, which has a queen mattress. Relax inside with views of the greenery outside, or pull up an Adirondack chair and relax outside by the Chiminea. This is the perfect spot for a quick getaway with plenty to do nearby.
