E' situato al piano terra, sotto la "Baita Paolo", in una zona pianeggiante immersa nel verde della natura. Modern apartment built in the village of Litzirüti (1460m), which belongs to Arosa. To get to Arosa it's a 7min drive or 1 train stop. The train station is only a couple minutes walk away, and it takes you to the bottom of the Weisshorn cable car valley station or the middle of Arosa town, where you can find groceries stores and shops. The house is nicely situated with views over the valley including a nice waterfall and hiking paths.

Hier könnt ihr euch in absoluter Ruhe in der Bergwelt entspannen und richtig abschalten. Die Wohnung verfügt über zwei separate Schlafzimmer und eignet sich damit bestens für Familien. Wlan ist vorhanden und damit auch Homeoffice aus den Bergen möglich.
