After a day of exploring, return home to grill dinner on the deck, soak beneath the open sky, or unwind with books, board games, and a projector-style movie night. Inside, you’ll find modern furnishings, a fully equipped kitchen, dedicated workspace, central A/C and heat, free WiFi, laundry, and thoughtful everyday essentials. The primary suite features a king bed and en-suite bath with a soaking tub, while the second bedroom offers a queen bed and the living room includes a queen sleeper sofa. With room for RVs, trailers, boats, and up to 10 vehicles, plus an EV charger on-site, Sunset Valley Retreat makes arrival easy and adventure even easier. Nearby golf course or Lake Koocanusa 15 minutes away or just enjoying the views and peacefulness around the cabin. No pets and no children under 12 years of age. Situated on the shores of Moyie Lake, this high end home boasts 150' of private beachfront, a lush lawn of the same size and two full-sized docks, kayaks, canoe and paddle boards. This three-level 3,000 sq. ft. property includes six bedrooms, three full baths and comfortably sleeps fourteen guests. Having said that, the local government authority of the Regional District of East Kootenay (RDEK) limits occupancy to ten. This is none negotiable.
