Paolo really went above and beyond, taking the time after we had arrived to tell us about some of the lesser known local sites to visit and providing recommendations for restaurants and cafes to visit as well as directions of how to get there from the apartment. He also shared two interactive maps he had created which highlighted tourist spots and dining places we could visit during our stay. He was really helpful in giving us clear, easy to follow directions to the metro and was happy to answer any questions we had. The apartment was lovely - very clean, was exactly as described and it comfortably housed five adults for our three night stay. The apartment was only a short walk from the Colosseum and had a supermarket practically right next door to the building which was super handy. We had a really great time and I would 100% recommend Paolo and his apartment to anyone visiting Rome - you won’t be disappointed!

Excellent place to relax after the long day out of the town. Peaceful neighborhood, few restaurants at walking distance. Short walk to the metro station. Very spacious with three large bedrooms and two large bad rooms. The place was spotless and kitchen is big enough for seven of us. Edoardo let us stay little longer after our flight was delayed. If you travel with large group or family this is the place for you.

O apartamento está muito bem localizado perto da praça do fiori, e com uma caminhada curta de trastevere. O checkin foi muito fácil e michele é muito atencioso. O apartamento fica no quarto andar, algumas escadas, o que é bem comum em Roma. Foi tudo ótimo!

Place was recently updated, very clean, tidy and very easy to access. Great locations walking distance to many of the sites and very good restaurant within a block of two away along with a grocery. Also kitchen was well equipped with most items. We rented 4 apartments in all and two did not have a toaster but maybe that’s a European thing. Our 4 families really enjoyed each of the units they had also with similar feedback, If we ever to rome we will definitely come back if they are available and would gladly recommend these units to anybody. Great value for bring do close to everything and sites.

very nice stay, roomy apartment with enough beds and baths for our group. Well appointed kitchen. We had a small issue with WiFi but the host took steps immediately to resolve and they did a great job. Location is walkable to a nice area and to the metro , very useful for getting around Rom easily. We would definitely stay here again!

Great apartment and wonderful host. Lots of shops, bars and restaurants nearby plus metro. Loved the roof terrace. Bedrooms very spacious but only one TV in one bedroom which was fine for us as our Son had his device running off the WiFi. This apartment would not be suitable for anyone who couldn't climb stairs as no lift. Tiziana was very helpful before and during our stay. Thank you for a lovely stay

Nous avons été très bien accueillit et les explications ont été très claire. Nous avons pu interagir facilement ensemble à l’arrivée comme durant le séjour si nécessaire. L’appartement était conforme à sa description, propre et situé à côté de la gare ce qui permettait un accès facile au centre-ville. Nous avons été ravi de ce séjour et de la gentillesse de notre hôte.

We loved our stay at Julie's! The house has spacious 4 rooms with bathroom inside. The rooms are exactly as per picture. The location is ideal to visit the city and enjoy nice restaurants at night. Julie is a super kind host, always responsive and friendly who gave us clear instructions for check in and check out and helped us a lot with any questions. We highly recommend the place for a lovely vacanza a Roma :)

We spent 3 days in the apartament with our 1,5 years baby and truly recommend it. City center, but quiet and amazing restaurants near by. Perluigi was very helpful and nice, thank you!☺️

We loved staying in this apartment. We had 6 adults and were very comfortable. Each couple had own bedroom and bathroom which was so nice. This place is right next door to a supermarket, which I felt the prices were cheaper than others. Apartment is also right next to cafe’s, gelato cafe, souvenir shops, and leather shops. About a half a block down from the apartment is a main road where you will find stores and restaurants galore. It was all so convenient. The apartment is fairly close to tourist sites. It usually took us about 10-15 minutes to get down to Trevi fountain or the main tourist areas. Although it is close you still do ALOT of walking to see all the spots. My only suggestion for this place would be to add another couch for more comfortable seating. After a long day, when you returned to apartment and wanted to sit around and visit you had to sit on kitchen chairs. Another thing that would have been nice is a little binder with dining spots that are good to eat at.

Cette semaine chez Elena a été formidable. Une belle personne souriante, gentille attentionnée, toujours à l’écoute et disponible pour ses hôtes. L’appartement était très bien situé, » près du Vatican, propre et silencieux. Nous avons passé une semaine magnifique, pleines d’histoires, de surprises et de belles découvertes ! Nous reviendrons avec plaisir et sans hésitation !

We enjoyed our stay. We were met by someone and given a quick tour. The location was in a good neighborhood. We had easy access to the buses which we used to get all over Rome. The apartment was comfortable and clean. We were even provided with coffee and a Moka pot. We were a 15 to 20 minute bus or taxi ride from sites such the Coliseum and Borghese gardens

Claudia molto gentile, educata e reattiva. Casa comoda, con molti comfort, pulita e in una zona tranquilla. il parcheggio privato é estremamente comodo, casa attrezzata per tutte le esigenze necessarie. Cucina completa, comoda e attrezzata per ogni evenienza. Nei dintorni supermercati, bar e locali, che permettono all’ alloggio di essere molto comodo. Torneremo sicuramente!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Rome. L’appartement était impeccable. L’hôte nous a conseillé pour les déplacements dans la ville et les restaurants. C’était un très bon point de départ pour découvrir la ville proche du centre ville et des attractions touristiques. Maria Pia a été très attentive et réactive à nos demandes.

Wow where do I even begin. Our trip to Rome certainly would not have been half as good if we had chosen anywhere else to stay. The apartment is beautiful and equipped with everything you could possibly be need. The location is in a vibrant neighbourhood with plenty of local delicacies and things to do. The reception of Paola and her daughter was what the real highlight of the trip. From before we had even landed in Rome, they went above and beyond to ensure we were looked after including arranging for us to be picked up from the airport in a limousine. As soon as we arrived, we were greeted by the both of them stocking up the apartment. The pair had stocked up the house with goodies and essentials we could need for the duration of our stay. Despite the circumstances, Paola ensured we were looked after including giving us advice on what we need to see and do whilst in Rome. From the bottom of our hearts thank you for everything and we cannot wait to come again!!

We loved our stay at this apartment in Rome! The location was fantastic — in a quiet, safe neighborhood with easy access to the bus system and metro. It was close to many major sites, or just a short ride away by public transportation. The apartment was comfortable and made a perfect home base for exploring the city. We would definitely stay here again!

The apartment was beautiful and in a very good location. It was convenient to everything. The host was very responsive. We had several flight delays and arrived 10 hours after expected. The driver was a bit confused but Daniel met us within 2 minutes at the door to take us in and get us settled. Wonderful after such a long travel day.

This is a lovely apartment in a fantastic area of Rome. The location is second to none. Whilst we were not very familiar with the area we felt like this was a safe and up market location. High end shops, great facilities (restaurants, shops and a small Carrefour express very close by) and a lovely feel to the neighbourhood made us feel at ease here. We stayed here as a family of 6 (2 adults and 4 children) and whilst it was okay, I think it’s more suited to 4 people as using the sofa in the living area made the space very small. Apart from that, it’s really lovely. Master quite has a large sitting area (which we used a lot due to the living area being used as a bedroom). Also the terrace space was a great addition. We would highly recommend this apartment and would happily stay here again.

Capitati a Roma in giorni unici, con la morte del Papa Francesco avvenuta tre giorni prima, non possiamo fare altro che ringraziare e lodare la signora Francesca per la accoglienza perfetta nonostante il caos che ha travolto la città. La casa è in una strada tranquilla, servita dai mezzi pubblici, vicinissima al Vaticano. Pulizia impeccabile, ordine, comfort, persino un ovetto di cioccolato per il bimbo che era con noi... oltre a tutto il necessario per la colazione. Siamo stati benissimo, se ci fossero 6 stelle le metterei.

Highly recommend this place! It was perfect for our family of 5 (ages 18, 15 and 12). The place has a ton of character. It is modern without losing the charm and antiquity of Roma. It provides all the practical elements you need...towels, well stocked kitchen, comfortable bedding, dark shades for sleeping in, good water pressure, and very clean. The location is wonderful. We took a taxi only twice, one to our meet-up for the Vatican tour and one to the airport when we left. Otherwise, we walked. If you don't want to walk, there is a taxi area a block from the apt. The host greeted us outside at our cab when we arrived. He was genuinely excited to meet us. He showed us the apartment and took extra time to sit down with us and provide great maps of the area and key sites we might want to visit that aligned with the amount of time we were staying. He had positive energy and made the kids feel welcome. We were all very impressed with our host and with the place.

Camila fue una excelente anfitriona. Sin duda una persona muy amable, nos indicó la mejor forma de movernos en la ciudad, nos recomendó grandes restaurantes y sitios de interes, ademas de que el apartamento cuenta con unas magnificas instalaciones e inigualable ubicación. Al volver a roma, me quedó alli.
